Best Septic Tank Pumping

I’d like to cover up a hole in my yard but this company came in made sure that my septic lines were working Then they put in a new distribution box and left. I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!

Started a little rough since they needed a tripod to remove the septic lid and didn't have one. The rest of it was fine. They were on time and professional.

Called on a weekend and he had someone out right away.

The first trip out, went sour. I left very explicit instructions for the driver to contact me multiple times so I personally could be there to witness and give instruction about the pipes inside of the tank also to provide payment ? This is a rental property the tenants shouldn't have to deal with this, they are nice older folks! The fist appt didn't happen, I get that. There is a lot of things that are unforeseen. The second appt,The contact didn't happen. He came pumped the tank and left. Not changing the pipes as requested, along with telling them how bad the tank was and was totally full, that it hadn't been pumped for years ( the same company pumped it a year ago ) Along with almost insisting on payment right then for the tenants! It kind of shook them a little, they are nice older people. There were 3 phone calls fired to me bright and early the next morning wanting payment for services performed ASAP. As if it were my fault they were not paid or like I wasn't going to! I just wanted my tank fixed, because something kept plugging it at the inlet it had only been a year since pumped last, with 2 older people living there and it was a 1000 gal tank. A couple phone calls and a visit to the buisness I got another truck scheduled and another week, the second trip out went ok. All of that for 1 phone call that wasn't made. Hey, could have been a new driver, or maybe having a bad day or two, but still some things happened there that no way should have.

I'd give them an A rating. They are a little expensive, but they do extremely good work. I've used them two times before. It probably took them about 2 hours.

Great service. Very responsive. I had a problem at my rentalproperty at the time that we had snow and ice storms. I called another company who said they couldn't go out during this weather. Mindy at Best Septic was able to answer all my questions, and scheduled next day service. I'll add this company to my list of service companies to use on my rentals.

The fellow was delayed.  He called and explained the reason for the delay.  He completed both the tank inspections and the addition of a recreational vehicle connection in a prompt and professional manner.  However, his prices are excessive.  He charged approximately twice retail for a replacement lid for one of my septic tanks.  He tried selling me a filter for about three times retail.  While he did a fine job adding the recreational vehicle connection, the cost was excessive.       <br>

Wish I could write more than one review for this company; they were terrific!!!  The work actually spanned two days.  The first day, the technician came out and checked the clean-out, which appeared to be operating as intended when I flushed to toilet in the master bath.  Because the clean out was not blocked, the technician guessed that the blockage was under the house in the plumbing lines, and suggested that I call a plumber (Thinking that they would be more successful snaking the lines from the inside out, rather than going in blind from the outside and therefore less expensive for me). <br /> A plumber was called and because snaking did not clear the issue, he installed a second clean-out near the main bath, and by doing so, determined that the issue was not under the house, but rather in the line from the main bath to the tank. <br /> So back to Best, and here I want to say how very pleasant, helpful and kind Barbara (the rep answering the phone) was to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure that my issues were resolved as quickly as possible!  End result; the technician was back out quickly, and had the blockage cleared right away!   <br /> Here's why I will use and recommend this company in the future: <br /> <ul> <li> *  They are very mindful of costs and do their best to give you options to keep costs down</li> <li>*  They work quickly, and clean-up once the work is done</li> <li>*  They are extremely, pleasant and professional</li> <li>*  They were on time or ahead of schedule</li> <li></li> </ul> <br /> <br />

The tanker showed up on time and ready to go. They opened it, showed me everything I was curious about, including how to check the level myself. They described my tank and field to the best of their ability, based on their experiences. The tank took extra time to empty, over the one hour labor they allocate for the normal job. The cleaner charged me only an extra $30 for the extra 15 minutes. I was able to pay with a credit card. Very professional, very friendly, very experienced. Highly recommended. <br />

We called and got next day service which happened to be on a Saturday. Terry, the lone driver, called as instructed prior to arrival to discuss where he would be parking his truck. Our approach to the under ground tank is 25-30 yards for where he can park on our property. He was very courteous and ran back and forth down hill  with the hoses. He even took time to explain the system. <br /> They accept check or credit. <br />

I contacted the service provider on Friday morning to discuss scheduling an appointment to have my tank pumped and the lines inspected since I was concerned about some possible leakage in the lines. The office person I spoke with told me that they could have a truck out to my house by 4:00pm that day to pump and inspect the tank and that they would also send a tech out in a separate truck with a camera who could inspect the lines using a camera and determine if there were any leaks. The person sent to pump and inspect my tank arrived on schedule and he was great! He did a fabulous job with pumping and inspecting my tank and the related pumping tank adjacent to the septic tank. He was very courtesy and professional in all regards. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the baffles on the tank at a cost of $200.00 per baffle (two baffles on my tank) and I agreed to have this done since my tank is about 30 years old. He did not try to pressure me one way or the other on this issue and simply explained that no one can predict the future and if the baffles breakdown in the future the tank will have to pumped again before they can be replaced, but he made no recommendation as to whether I should or should not replace them. <br /> He also advised me that he did not think the camera was available to inspect my lines because it was being repaired so it became obvious that my lines were not going to be scoped. Nonetheless, the service provider worked very diligently with me in trying to determine if there were any readily ascertainable leaks in the lines. He even poured green dye into the pumping chamber and I ran a garden hose into it for about 15 minutes to see if the dye appeared anywhere close to the area where I had observed surface water. After searching for more than 45 minutes with no evidence of green dye, knowing full well that dyed green water was being pumped through the lines without a backup of any kind, we determined two things: (1) the water was going somewhere, and (2) there was no visible signs of a leak. We decided to call it a day at about 6:15 pm. He called the tech a short time prior to that time and told him not to bother coming out. <br /> I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment and the work provided on site by the gentleman who came out. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the office person apparently did not know that the camera was unavailable when she led me to believe that my lines would be scoped with a camera to determine whether there were any leaks in the them. I was also disappointed that by the time I agreed to have the tech's visit cancelled (at approximately 5:45 pm when he was scheduled to be there around 4:00 pm) that he had not yet showed up. Finally, I was also disappointed by the lack of follow-up to date since I was told a tech would show up and scope my lines and he never appeared. Granted, the person who did service my system tried very hard to determine if any leaks existed, but he was limited by what is visible above ground whereas a camera would generally disclose far more information. This is why I graded them as a "B" on overall performance. As for what was actually done on site - it was great and I will use them again. <br />

This listing needed a septic inspection and pumping. We called Best Septic and they had a cancellation for the very next day.  They arrived promptly, located the tank quickly (at no charge), did their job and cleaned up afterwards. We will continue to make Best Septic our FIRST call! <br />

Best Septic came out to pump my old septic tank, but, while disconnecting the pump from the drain, the thin walled PVC pipe snapped. So, we brought in another guy from Best to repair the broken pipe (with schedule 40). Both servicemen were arrived promptly and were professional. <br /> The cost for the pumping was $325 and the repair was $225. <br />

Went well.  Very satisfied with the work performed. Terry, very nice guy, cleaned septic tank, replaced disintegrating concrete outflow baffle with a PVC outlet baffle  (I was surprised of the cost of those things).  The handles on the lid to the septic tank were corroded and one was broken but Terry lifted the lid off with a shovel and said that eventually it should be replaced with a riser.  Terry arrived on time and it took about an hour. <br /> <br />

Fast service. I called and they came out that afternoon. The technician was experienced and friendly. They offered me a $25 coupon. Good experience, nice people. <br />

I am completely satisfied with Best Septic Tank Pumping.  The office personnel and the pump technician were very friendly and helpful.  I used my Angie's List coupon.  I was happy to pay less than expected and confident my system was well-serviced.  I strongly recommend this company and will plan on using them next time. <br />

The service was very good. They were prompt, courteous, and the estimate was what they said it would be.

Tech was prompt and courteous, good sense of humor, and didn't waste time.  I had the tank access dug up when he arrived; he helped me dig up the distribution box which was also plugged up. <br /> He replaced the cast iron baffles and recommended jetting the drain lines which given the condition of the distribution box appeared necessary; a different employee did that the following day. <br /> Overall very pleased.  I thought the price for replacing the two baffles was a little steep ($400 for two PVC baffles, about 15 minutes work) but he had the necessary experience and protective gear, and I sure didn't want to get down in the tank. <br />
