The service was really good. they were friendly and the technician was professional and wear mask.

It was great I will be calling them back again since they do plumbing, heating and air. and since we have covid I just want one company in my home. they were great, on time they have booty and protective gear and they assured me that they cleaned up after themselves.

Awesome! Robert came out did a camera inspection and figured out where the blockage was. He was efficient, polite and Best Service was very easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend again!

Moises came over last month and did our heating maintenance for us. We just bought our condo last month and the heat wasn't working correctly and he came out - got it running and now we are current members. It was refreshing do deal with someone professional.

We had a clogged drain after Thanksgiving and needed a plumber. Best Service was able to come out quickly. Rob was our plumber and he was very friendly and professional. Scheduling was easy and the office staff were very nice. Great experience overall and would highly recommend them!

They did such a great job. This was my first time using them. They were perfect, and were easy to get a hold of over the phone. They showed up right on time. The estimate they gave me ahead of time matched the end price.

We have dealt with Best Service on 3 occasions.  Once to check for a leak in the water main to the house (no leak, no charge) and twice to have new toilets installed.  Luis came out to install the toilets and is very professional and informative.  He is fast and strong enough to lift our one piece toilets by himself. He also took our old toilet and packaging to be recycled.  We highly recommend Best Service.

<p>  I needed a plumber for my Moms house and found Brian and his team by luck.  I will say that they were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job with our clogged line.  Also, the price was right where I thought it would be for having a plumber at my house all day working hard.  This is a first class operation.</p>   I will recommend them to any one who asks!  Great Job! <br />

Once started the electrician said the ceiling fan would work on half of the house where it was installed and that since my house was wide it probably wouldn't suck the air out of the other half where sun shines on kitchen, living rm and dining area.  Also since it was an older house the electrical box was sparking from overload since the house was older and not build for all the appliances used today.  Three options were to rewire, add a circuit at a minimum or add a new box and split the load.   So with that i ended up adding the 2nd attic fan and electrical box witht the load split.  I felt the work was required and ended up spending $2,400 which was quite a bit more than expected. <br /> The work was done neatly and they seemed very efficient.  The light bulb included in the ceiling fan box was packed broken.  It required a special bulb that had two prongs (not screw in) so I went back to Home Depot to get a replacement while they were working.  They waited for the bulb to install it before leaving wanting to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. <br />

I had called Best Electrical Company for a price to install an outlet in my office.  Although the do not give quotes over the phone they did send and electrician out to my home to give me a quote.  I felt the pricing was reasonable and fair.  I scheduled an appointment to have the electrician return to our home on the date & at the time I requested.  Bill arrived on time and ready to work.  He had all the materials necessary to complete the job.  When he entered my home he wore covers to protect the floors.  He was very professional & explained what he was going to do and welcomed any questions I had during the course of the work.  He had given me a completion time of 1 - 2 days and completed the work in a day and a half.  When he left at the end of the each day any mess that had been made due to the work was cleaned up.  I would definetly use this compnay again. <br />

When I called Best Electrical Company, i was greeted by Toni.  She was very professional and courtesy on the phone and helped me make an appointment with an available electrician.  Kyle was very polite and courteous.  he called me 30 minutes before he arrived.  when he arrived i showed him what i wanted done, he quoted me the price and guaranteed the work.  he was very clean when working.  he wore covers on his shoes and had a drop cloth so no mess was ever on my floors.  he was quick about the job.  the whole thing took about 30 minutes.  i would definitely use Best Electrical Company again. <br />

I called Best Electrical company after having 2 other electrical companies come out to try to fix my electrical problem with my AC. the previous 2 companies either didn't know what to do or they were bad electricians. I called Best Electrical Company and the person who answered the phone was kind and courteous. She booked my appointment for the next day and the technician even called me when he was about an hour away from arriving. After he found want the problem was, the technician (Kyle) gave me a price to fix what needed to be done. I agreed to the price. He then went to his supplier down the street and came back and had my AC working within 1 hour.  <br /> Best Electrical Company was clean, fair and ON TIME!!! I would definitely call them again when I am in need of a repair or service. The job went very well. The technician Bill came to my house to give us a bid for the work. He was very friendly, courteous, and took his time explaining exactly what he recommended and what he was going to do. We felt very comfortable with him and could tell that he had a lot of experience. He gave us several options and we chose what worked for us. The next day he came back with another technician and all of the materials and started the work. They took a lot of time making sure to cover and protect our floors and furniture. They cleaned up very well and did not leave any mess or trash which we liked. The lighting is much nicer than we imagined. We will call them back the next time we need something and have recommended them to several friends.
