The team was at the self-storage unit at least 10 minutes early--they got there before I did! They did an excellent job of packing the contents of the storage unit into their moving van and then unloading it again at the new home. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Fantastic. We needed to move out of our town house 1 week before we could move into our new home. The crew of 3 were beast! They were on time, incredibly professional, and VERY careful with our things. They knew exactly how to pack things up in the truck and didn't slack off for a second. I should have hired them to move us into our new home and now I wish that I had :( I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and now that I know better, I will.

It was fine. They did fine. Nothing got broken. Nothing was damaged and that was fantastic. They worked double time. They were very efficient. The only issue I had was that there was a lag in the initial response. I had called but there was no verification of the appointment date. It took a little bit to catch up with them. The guys who did the move did a fantastic job.

Overall, we loved these guys. They were friendly, professional, and pretty quick. Biggest downside was they didn't show up until almost the end of our window (though it was still IN the window, so they didn't do anything wrong, it was just inconvenient), which then took us late into the evening to finish the move. <br> <br>All our expensive/fragile things came through just fine, but a couple of the cheap MDF pieces acquired some new scuffs and scratches. I have no complaints, since those pieces weren't in perfect condition originally, but it's worth noting. <br> <br>I'd definitely recommend Bestway, especially with the Angie's List deal, which made them far and away the least expensive moving option in the area. <br>

Initial contact and responsiveness was stellar. The day of the move we had a window of 8-10am, at 9:30 we received a call saying they couldn't come today cause the crew was working late the night before and didn't show up for work. They were going to reschedule us for the next day, but thankfully Matt, Alex, and Baja stepped up and came after they finished another job. They were fantastic! Nothing chipped, nothing broken, they were fast and efficient even when moving large items.

They did a great job. They were punctual, and worked quickly while still being very careful of my things. They had extra boxes for my smaller objects, and helped secure objects I had neglected to properly pad. The guys were great; I would definitely use them again.

The crew Bestway sent to our home on 4/16 was kind, professional, efficient, and careful. We really enjoyed having them. They treated our belongings and walls with the utmost of care and we extremely good at navigating tricky staircases throughout our home. The also built our new bed. For moving, we had a pretty good time! I would highly recommend Bestway. <br />

I give Bestway Relocation the highest rating and very high recommend. They are very reasonably priced. They are very professional, specially Max the person who was in charge of my moving. The movers are extremely hard workers. They did great job during the entitle process of my moving. They placed my furniture where I wanted and they set up my daughter's bed in such nice way. Moving was pretty much easy with Bestway Relocation. The 3 gentlemen were polity, professional and just as important, took care when packing up my furniture not to damage it. When they conveyed the furniture outside, they also took care not to damage anything in my apartment. These gentlemen from this company were very concerned about my expensive furniture, and I greatly appreciate it. Well worth the cost of the move. I give BestWay Relocation the highest ratings and a very high recommend. The quoting process with Bestway Relocation is very quick and easy. If there are any issues, they communicate those issues upfront. They are very reasonably priced. This is the second time I have moved in the last 2 years and both times I used Bestway. They are very professional and the movers are extremely hard workers. It took 5 hours for 3 guys to load a very large truck and 4 hours for them to unload it. Nothing was broken and they placed our furniture where we wanted and they set up our beds so we could sleep in our rooms that night. Moving is never easy but Bestway Relocation were such a huge help on my moving day. It would have taken me days to move without using this guys and I would have been very stressful and I would have been hurt and depleted. They are worth every penny and they deserved a very large tip. They are AWESOME!! Thank you Bestway Relocation for all your help. <br />

I used movers for our last 9 or 10 moves. These guys did the most thorough job wrapping/protecting our stuff of all the movers we've ever experienced. And they did it very efficiently. We used them to load our stuff into 3 POD's Storage/Transportation units and they packed everything in as tight as possible w/o breaking a thing! and nothing came tumbling out when we opened the units at our final destination. <br /> We were moving from a 3 bedroom house. There were 4 guys and they helped move us and unload us in the same day. They were excellent and everything was packed real nice. We did not have any problems at all. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again.

I am so glad I went with this company! They were unbelievably fast and efficient even coming from a 3rd floor apartment! There was no waste of time whatsoever and extremely professional. I will be recommending to friends as well. I've had horrible movers before and these guys were, again, awesome. Also their rates were the best out of several quotes. This is the second time I've used BestWay Relocation and they were just as good as the first move!!! Professional, careful with all my stuff and so quick! They have reasonable rates, are on time, work quickly, and nothing has ever gotten damaged. They treat your belongings as if they are their own. They wrapped all my delicate furniture, helped to disassemble my couch, took extra care with fragile items and valuables (I have a lot of glassware and artwork and everything arrived in perfect condition). I highly recommend this company to anyone moving! Book these guys for your move, you won't be sorry! Couldn't speak more highly of them!!! <br />

They were extra careful with moving items and took extra time to make sure everything was packed safe. Great company who didn't just try to get everything done too quickly. We have dealt with other companies before and always had something go wrong or get broken. Bestway Relocation is the only company we'll use for future moves. <br />

I had such a wonderful experience using Bestway Relocation and I will definitely be using them again should I need to move in the future. I am definitely referring them to friends and family as well. I had an excellent experience with Bestway Relocation, specifically with John (who coordinated my moving dates & the particulars) & the three employees who handled the actual move. I didn't expect the entire process to go as smoothly & as quickly as it did, since we have a large 4 bedroom house and required some packing. My movers arrived promptly & carefully packed, loaded, moved, & unloaded our belongings.They were as polite & professional as you could hope for. These guys deserve a compliment! I went with Bestway Relocation per recommendation from my friend. It was not the cheapest option, but I am happy I chose them. It was fast and stress-free moving experience. I was able to get my appointment setup well in advance (I ran into some troubles when calling around to other moving companies that would only schedule 3 weeks out). Bestway was flexible as far as my scheduling needs. Moving to a high rise building can be challenging with elevator reservation times, but they worked with me. <br /> The team was great. Nick, Josh and Sergei were punctual, professional and very good at what they do. They were able to completely move my apartment in around 2 hours and put everything into my new apartment in roughly 2 hours. They finished earlier than I thought it would take. No breaks, no chitchat... They worked straight through and got done as quickly as they could. <br /> If I move again, I will definitely be calling Bestway relocation. They've earned my business. <br />

Great service! With 3 movers, they moved quickly and were careful with all of our things. There is nothing better than movers that care about the quality of their work and understand that our things are important to us! They packed up our paintings very well and we had no troubles with scuffing of furniture. They arrived promptly and got the job done within 3 hours of showing up.
