They were so efficient and did a great job. They forgot one of my larger sunroom windows, but came back immediately to take take care of it.

Howard did a great job and was flexible enough to handle additional work (had him do wall unit glass doors and coffee table before he left). Will definitely use him again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Mr. Howard followed up by phone quickly, showed up, did the job - I felt confident leaving Mr. H and his crew in my home alone - 5 star job, clean up and quality work. Only complaint from me is that he did not honor his phone estimate. He hit me up for $150 over his phone estimate. I asked him to come out and give me an estimate but he insisted on over the phone & He did not leave a receipt. Job well done but cost me a bit more than expected! Because of the estimate discrepancy I cannot in good faith recommend Mr. H to friends...

Did a very good job for a reasonable price.

Mr. Howard was prompt in responding to my inquiry and confirming appointment prior to day of service. The only thing I would recommend is recheck the work since there were couple of areas that I had to redo. The work was for a 3-story townhouse so overall, Mr. Howard did a good job. I would recommend Best Window Cleaning.

Howard made every effort to fit us into his schedule just before Thanksgiving. He was professional in every way and thoroughly explained his plan to clean the windows inside and out and listened intently to all of our questions and comments. He worked diligently and nonstop. We checked all of his work and were very satisfied.

The owner, Howard, called me immediately after I posted my request. I liked what he told me and I hired him immediately, but I wasn't ready to have the job done until yesterday. Howard is polite, kind, hardworking and does a wonderful job. PLUS, he drove here from Baltimore, MD just to wash my windows! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him an plan on calling upon his service again.

Mr Harry contacted me within 5 mins of my responding to the ServiceMagic advertisement. He gave me a prompt estimate for the work, accommodated a last minute change in scheduling, showed up right on time, worked efficiently with two assistants to clean the inside and outside of our windows � all with storms. The windows are wood, old, many stuck shut at the top, and distributed on three floors of a 90 year old house � challenging job! All three men were absolutely professional, cheerful, and worked hard for over three hours. They did an outstanding job and the windows sparkle. I'll be a repeat customer.
