Better Dayz Handyman Services

There were a lot of issues following a move. The living room had a curtain header that attracted more attention than the view, and sheetrock riddled with holes and lumpy fixes. The office/guest room walls had what looked like a botched plaster job. The guest bathroom toilet leaked continuously. The master bathroom toilet required a bucket to flush. A favorite wooden step stool had broken in two. I was fortunate to find Tito of Better Dayz Handyman Services. Tito has the experience, know-how, skill and patience to fix a wide range of problems. He helped make decisions, advised regarding equipment and supplies, provided a detailed and reasonable bid, and went to work. He suggested simply to remove the offending curtain header (he was right—it was entirely unnecessary). He patched, sanded, primed and painted walls, disappearing the flaws. He replaced broken parts in both toilets and adjusted for low-flow to save water. And he seamlessly glued and restored the step stool.

He did everything good only thing was that I had to help him to lift up the TV then left a mess of sheet rock crumbs. He should carry a little vacuum to clean everything up. But either than that, my TV is looking great. I?ll definitely hit him back up.

Tito was terrific. He responded to my request for handyman services in less than 24hrs - AND showed up at my home the morning he contacted regarding the work request. Tito installed 3 ceiling hooks (to hang indoor plants) which was my original request. After he arrived, he was very accommodating and allowed me to add on some additional services - installation of 2 outdoor plant hangers as well as a replacement bidet for the toilet. The price for the plant hangers were very reasonable. The cost for installation of the bidet seemed a bit high since there was already one there and I've done one at my father's - it's pretty straight forward but I dont have the time to do my own. However, I was ok with that since he responded to me and arrived to do the work so quickly - as well as his flexibility to accommodate my additional requests. I'm very grateful to Tito and will definitely be calling on him again when I need help around the house. THANKS TITO!! ?

Tito was amazing! He was prompt, precise and brought all tools to perform the jobs.

Tito arrived early. Was kind and professional. He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. Will absolutely have Tito back for more repairs and projects.

The owner, Tito was easy to work with. He did what he said he would do and explained the process clearly. There were several changes to the original quote during the process, and the updates were done promptly, so that we knew where we were at all times. No surprises. We would definitely refer and hire again based on our experience with Tito and Better Dayz.
