Sheng was so knowledgeable and helpful. My printer was not working, but he was able to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem. My desktop needed updating and he was able to complete the update and make everything run beautifully. In the end I needed a new printer since mine was pretty old. He went with me to buy one that would be compatible with my computer and cost much less in ink!! I highly recommend him for all of your computer needs. He explains everything he is doing, and completes the job quickly.

Sheng was fantastic to work with during our office network migration. He came in over the weekend, handled the move of all our network equipment seamlessly, and brought a level of expertise that gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Sheng was efficient and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes he had my initial problem solved. Then I asked about the slowness of my PC. I had asked another repairman a couple years ago and he was not able to answer. Sheng immediately told me it was my hard drive and explained why. He took my PC home, bought a solid state hard drive, installed it and transferred everything to it. He brought it back the next morning. It’s now like new.

They were very punctual. Understood my issues with the computer and solved them. Technician Ben Lee was courteous and kept me inform of what he was doing and by the number of screens he cycled through, you could tell he really knew the Windows operating system. The task wasn't easy.
