Better Painting

Condensed version. This company is unable to do the scope of work with the team he sent to my house. The job consisted of drywall repair, removing texture from the ceiling, taping (which was not done), and paint. He sent Unsupervised Spanish speaking workers that cannot or will not communicate with you. Some places the work is just plain sloppy. He told me my expectations were too high, my 1993 house was too old, and it had water damage and structural issue that is untrue. Communication is some of the worst I?ve seen. Owner Andrew Baker makes excuses, but doesn?t give results. He told me I was misquoted when he had 4 months to review my quote and didn?t say a word. Quoted Sept 2024, job began Jan 2025. You would think he would have said something before then. Afterwards I requested the issues be fixed, I was stood up twice, and got more excuses. He sent a worker back twice, I got the same results. My home remains Unfinished. All he?s done is made excuses and callme a liar.

I just had Jason P. (Lead Project Manager) from Better Painting come out to the house to perform several touch-ups and fixes on a kitchen paint job that including painting the cabinets, doors, island and drawers. Jason showed up on time and was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and made all of the necessary “fixes” to render the job a success. He even went above and beyond to correct two items in our kitchen that were not related to the painting issues. I was super impressed with his professionalism, honesty and his “do what is right to make the customer happy” approach. Homeowner’s need more contractors/Project Managers like Jason. He is truly an asset to Better Painting and the painting industry as he wants customers to be happy. John G.

Better Painting did a wonderful job in my home. Joe, Ryan, Colin and Jesse were all very professional and kind. They were also good with covering furniture and cleaning up each day. They are all expert painters! I am really enjoying my home so much more thanks to the great job they did in beautifying it! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!
