They showed up when they said they would. They were very nice but they didn't give me as much advice as I thought I needed. I don't think they understood as much what I wanted. I didn't get what I wanted from them. Maybe I wanted more from them than they could give. I didn't follow through with them. They listened to what I wanted when we went around the house and they showed me what they thought I wanted. They don't brand names. They have other suppliers that aren't brand names but are supposedly like the brand names. I was hesitant because of that, I have never had whether they are good or whatever. They measured the windows but they didn't have as many things to choose from like other companies that have books and books. It was fine but they didn't what I wanted. They didn't do anything wrong. I don't have experience with the other manufacturers and so, I don't know what their quality is. They were an hour late.

I am a repeat customer of Tony Franklins. I first used him in 1999 and when I had to replace my verticals due to a flood in my home I went immediately to Tony for replacement. He is the ultimate professional. I have recommended him to friends and they felt the same way about him. I was happy with the quality of the products I was shown and the installation went as promised. He is the epitome of a gentleman at all times, prompt, trustworthy, honest and professional. I have used them twice, and they are marvelous. I have recommended them to friends, and they have been happy with them too. I used them a year and half ago and before that I had used them 10 years ago. I dealt directly with the owner. He is such a gentleman, professional, and he is just fantastic. I found him by accident. I was driving by, and I saw him, so I went in.

The experience with Better Verticals By Far was excellent, as it is supposed to be on a highly competitive market like this. Most of the people don't realize how important the service is, but this is not the case. Tony, from Better Verticals By Far, is punctual and honest when measuring and providing estimates, he later brings his provider in order to recheck the measurements and after 8 weeks of manufacturing, a set of very professional installers will come to your house and make the installation. Installers where respectful, hard workers and very clean, they will not leave any mess behind. <br /> I don't want this review to be very long, I recommend Better Verticals By Far, as we are very picky and they were able to exceed our expectations, there is no reason to doubt about them, and now after the work is done they have a well deserved review. They might not be the cheapest option in the market, but they are open to negotiation. After all, whatever premium you pay by using them, you get it back on peace of mind. <br /> Well done <br /> Gabriel <br />

Overall very good service provided and happy with end results. Had to have company come out a few times to adjust blackout draperies but they were very responsive and fixed the problem. <br />

Fantastic company to deal with. Tony was very professional, showed up the same day to take measurements and delivered the vertical blinds in 2 days and installed them.
