While he couldn’t come on the weekend as I would have hoped, he came first thing Monday morning as he said. Obvious that he knew what he was doing, snaked the sewer line quickly and completely using a camera the make sure he got all the roots and identified what needed to be repaired in the future. And charged exactly what he quoted.

Had a sewer line break and the toilet kept backing up. They worked out a payment plan Im so grateful for that as a new home owner I was not prepared to pay so much at one time. They took about three days and they work when it just snowed. So far so good!

Great service & communication, solved my water issue quickly. They do usually charge a minimum two-hour consultation fee, but they waived it for me in this instance, so I only paid for an hour. Very nice!

Company repaired the issue in less than a week from contact. Appreciative of that. John was friendly and repaired the issue in a timely manner.
Seems like there was some confusion in the beginning on the details of the project; maybe initial details from Angi’s wasn’t shared with the company. The company and I worked through that on the initial call which was fine. I am suggesting that maybe to confirm companies get the request info provided by the customer on the Angi site.

Franklin and John arrived timely. They were friendly, professional and very informative. They began working quickly and were diligent. Within two hours our drain was thoroughly cleaned and unclogged. We were shown a video of the unclogged drain. They cleaned every inch of the area and provided follow up details for future service. We would definitely use BFMD again. Their service was exceptional.

They didn't come prepared with the materials for the job. The apprentice were left to figure out the job on their own nor was any of the job broken down when asked for the breakdown was told it wasn't possible. The owner wasn't pleasant to work with and the job wasn't done to code.

BFMD Drain Cleaning ,Sewer and Water Main Replacement did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my clogged sewer line. Artie made the appointment the same day and arrived on time. He explained everything to me. He then had Nick come out and Nick found the clog and cleared it. Artie and Nick were both very professional. I would highly recommend BFMD. I had unsatisfactory results from two other plumbers. I told Artie I felt like an angel had sent him to me.

As far as Home Advisor the person you hire needs to be verified before they are dispatched to your home, the first person a "plumber" was nothing close just a man with a drain cleaning tool, no car no truck net even a screwdriver. However, BFMD, LLC was very professional with a truck and tools even a backup if needed. He came into my home and within 10 minutes the clog was gone. He was very pleasant and wore covers on his shoes to keep my nasty floors clean, or to keep his shoes clean since I had sewer water on my basement floor.
