Fast and very competive quote, professional work, knowledgable, honest as in not recommending not neded accesories, cleaned up, disposed of old heater, used modern flexible pipes instead of traditional welded copper pipes (that increase cost installation) for connection to water system, regulated temperature st 125F and showed me how to do it. Done in 2hs.

Needed my hot water heater replaced and they were able to do it in 24hrs, work was done fast and properly. They informed me my old one was under warranty and so I only had to pay for labor, they took care of the exchange for me with Home Depot. Super easy.

I am currently looking for less expensive home insurance, and knew that a 4-point inspection would not pass my 20 year old water heater. Referring to Angi, and sifting thru the 5 star rated companies, I spoke to half a dozen, then got a hold of BG-American and spoke to Zack. He asked very important questions no other company did- where is it, what gallon size, what is the width and height, asked for a couple of pics, etc. This was all VERY important, as size mattered greatly in if a new tank would fit, and how much re-working of piping was necessary. Bottom line, in 1 1/2 hours I had a new water heater installed. I could not be happier, and HIGHLY recommend this company for their superlative service and price!!!

My original water heater caught on fire, it was on recall and I wasn't aware. I called Rheem and sent them pictures of my water heater. They had George from BG-American Plumbing contact me that same day to set up a time to do work. George was able to come out the next day and get my water heater replaced. The work went smoothly. George was on time, professional, and personable. The water heater was in a very tight space, and it took someone who know's what they're doing to get the old water heater out and the new one in. I would highly recommend George and I would use him again.
