Brad was great when it came to the bathroom remodel, everything was as you would hope. We paid him in advance to purchase the brand new windows and have not heard from him in weeks and are unable to get him to contact us back.

Reasonably priced, good work, nice guy.

Brad did a great job. The rockers look great and he assembled them quickly and efficiently. The back door will not close sufficiently for the deadbolt to engage. It turned out that the weather stripping the previous handyman had installed was keeping the door from closing the way it should. So he got that repaired and now it closes smoothly and the deadbolt locks without any difficulty. He also repaired the front door. The striking plate for the deadbolt lock on that door was missing a screw at the bottom and he quickly provided a screw and installed it so now that the striking plate is firmly in place. At the end of the job, he took the packing materials for the rocking chairs with him for disposal and made sure that everything was cleaned up. Brad does a fantastic job at whatever I ask him to do. He charges a fair price. It is difficult to find handyman these days who are as reliable, professional, and expert as Brad. I feel so fortunate to have found him and I hope I can keep using him as a handyman for many years to come. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who has odd jobs around their house that need to be done, of any type.

EXCELLENT! Brad was given a basic idea in advance what to expect - but as usual with handyman projects, once we looked more deeply into the situation- the work entailed more than I originally communicated. Brad took it in stride, had plenty of creative and effective solutions for everything he encountered. I would recommend him to anyone on or off Angie's list - and definitely appreciated his positive demeanor and can-do attitude!

A little hard to connect initially, but once we got started, things went pretty smoothly. Brad doesn't take short cuts but instead does the job right. Kept me informed as to what he was doing, and did the projects in the order i requested. Pleasant person. Hard worker. Very good quality work.

I was charged $20 just for replacing light bulbs. It was ridiculous that I needed to hand over $20 to simply change a light bulb, and I was providing them. He killed some of my plants. The lattice work is of such poor quality that I need someone to redo it. He requested more than 50% up front which I was not comfortable with, even though I was providing the materials. He offered to come back and redo the lattice work, but I said no. The wood rot work was of poor quality. He kept requesting more money which was definitely unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was always a sad story of why he needed more money; one time I went to the store and withdrew some money for him because of that.

<p>First - I would use BG (Brad Graham) again. I only put N/A on price because I bought an 8-hr package but only had 5 hours of work for him to do. I can't fault him for that!</p> <p>We played a bit of phone tag, but once we connected, I was able to get an appointment for a few days later. He showed up 5 minutes early, pet the dogs, and then went straight to work. [FWIW, I've got a nervous Nellie / neurotic dog who barks at everyone who enters the house. Then she barks as they move from room to room. She fell asleep while Brad was there.]</p> <p>What seemed like an easy task - level the washer - was anything but. Each time we thought it was perfect, it would spin itself into a frenzy and shut off the spin cycle. Brad had lots of ideas and willingly did all we could think of, but eventually I broke down and am trying to schedule an appointment with a repairman.  </p> <p>Brad worked through lunch, took no breaks, and completed his tasks very well. He asked me to review things before he had completed them to be sure I was satisfied, which was something I appreciated. </p> <p>As far as professionalism, Brad was neatly groomed and attired.  </p>

<p>AMAZING! I reached out to Brad on Thursday and told him I was putting my house on the market soon and had a list of different jobs I needed done, sooner than later. He was over the next day to give me a bid and reached out to me later that day with a very reasonable price! Not only that but he showed up the following Monday to do the work! As the day progressed the window was worse off than we had originally thought which required him to return to Lowes for more parts and instead of calling it a day he came back and stayed until 6:30 that evening to make sure it was completely done. I was very impressed with the work, the price and the professionalism of Brad and his employee Travis. I have many more projects coming up and they will be the first call I make!!</p>

There were at least two costly items that Brad repaired saving me the cost of buying the new window and a new toilet.  Lighting under the kitchen cabinets were repaired rather than totally replaced as other repairmen indicated (more sayings). Brad obviously believes in repairing if possible rather than buying a new product unless you wish to purchase a new item. <br> <br>Brad arrives clean  and tidy.  He is on time unless  someone needs something that requires immediate attention and then he calls to let you know about the delay.  I am beginning to  think that there is little that he cannot do and do well.  At $30.00 per hour plus materials and his time if he must drive to get your materials,  he is at the top.  (I very seldom give reviews because I find it difficult  to find good and honest people.) <br> <br>Oh yes, I have so  much confidence in him that I have left the house while he is alone. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

Brad and I had selected an approximate time for him to come out on a Saturday to do the work. He called that morning to tell me hw was running late and gave me a specific time he would arrive. I really appreciated that. He arrived at the time we set and he went right to work. There was a steady drizzle but Brad didn't let that deter him. He quickly put up the new handing plant and put the replaced basket in the garage for me. He assembled and installed the new storm door, putting the screen door that it replaced in the garage for me at my request. The storm door did not (for some reason) come with a door handle; I had to buy that separately. Brad installed the doorknob also, testing everything to make sure it worked satisfactorily. The door closes gently by itself and latches securely, The deadbolt fits neatly into the doorframe. The handle works well and doesn't feel loose or wobbly. Brad also explained how the screen and window sections worked in this particular door. He took away the cardboard box and packing materials that the door came with so I didn't have to worry about disposing of them. It didn't take Brad any time at all to swap out the mailboxes (the new one looks great!). He also took a look at the knob on the front door; it appears the problem is just making sure the mechanism is properly lubricated. (On windy days, the door would blow open even if it was shut., Brad determined that the latch that goes into the striker plate on the doorframe was stuck inside the door, and the door didn't latch securely as a result.) While we were talking, I told Brad that I also wanted to replace the storm door in the back of the house, but I hadn't figured out how to get the door to me house without having to pay the $59 delivery fee. Brad offered to pick the storm door up at the store on his way to my house and install it for me. I plan to do that. Brad was pleasant, extremely competent, and very dedicated. I've waited years to find someone I could trust to properly take care of the miscellaneius handyman projects that crop up around the house from time to time. I believe my wait is over! I would definitely highly recommend Brad's services to anyone.

It was OK. There were several things on the list for him to do and he was here for a day. He did most of them well, some of it was little beyond him. I paid him to come back the next day and finish up what was left. He was a nice guy, I just wouldn't use him again. We had some scheduling issues that came up, but we talked about it, and did a lot of communication. It was a new light fixture and he had to cut a hole in the wall, and he left a 1/4 inch gap that was visible. He could have said that it was too much for him to do in one day. I did run to the hardware store to get parts for him that he didn't have. I bought him an anchor stick kit. I had to get him a bigger bolt. He left at night without telling me that he was coming back the next day. I don't know what he could have done differently.

All went well, cabinets are level and look good
