I trusted this because of Angi List. Contracted with B&H Builder to replace roof skirting around second story room on 9 November 2023. The cost was estimated to be $2,500 with $1,200 down (PD on 9 Nov 23) and the rest after completion of the job. B&H (Daniel) guaranteed that if the roof leaked, I would not have to pay anything. B&H (Daniel) stated the the work would began the next week. 70 days later (19 January 2024). Daniel and his crew showed up around 11:00 AM. One person worked for about 4 hours. Removing the old roofing and installing the substandard roof I paid $1386.00 on 19 Jan 24). I contacted Daniel and explained that the roof was leaking after an light rain shower. I can see a 2" X 4" gap in several seems on the roof. Half of the roofing is painted White and the other half is unpainted. A heavier rain shower and the roof is leaking profusely. I contacted Daniel and requested $1386.00 returned to me. No other work has been completed and the requested funds have not been returned. I have video and pictures of the unacceptable workmanship in which I sent to Daniel on his cell phone. Daniel has a severe problem with communicating with me the customer. I gone weeks without hearing from him. B &H Workmanship is unacceptable. Zero professionalism. This has been a horrible experience.

Work was completed timely and the deck looks beautiful overall I am very pleased with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Daniel and his crew ,he came out and gave us a fair price And the roof was completely done in 3 days and any additional damage he and the crew found he took short videos before and after and sent them to my email thanks guys
