OK, so the David review is actually my Bathroom. There?s no David that lives at that residence. I can?t believe you?re actually putting fake reviews online. my daughter Erica left a review. You can see it and I can also send you a picture of my Bathroom that was never completed. Jay, I also remember when you took this picture at my house. Please do not use my bathroom as a fake review thank you. at least you could?ve waited until the shower doors were up. And can you please finish the shower because it?s missing pieces also. And the fact that I had you do both bathrooms. And one of my bathrooms the shower is leaking. So buyer beware he?s putting up fake reviews.

"Hi Sandra, we sorry you feel this way, but like to clarify the facts. We completed both bathrooms and even performed additional work at no charge. The only unfinished item was the mirror installation, but you declined to let us return. The shower door was the custom frameless sliding door you selected. The glass company inspected it and confirmed it was installed correctly. Your daughter bathroom has a different door and has no leaks. You also never made the final payment for the project."

I will never hire them again. They did not finish the job. They destroyed more than they fixed. I am so unhappy right now. If you happen to get the sales person, Jay run fast he will talk. Good game. Once he gets your money. You won?t see him. He is very rude and very disrespectful. He doesn?t know how to talk to older people. I am so disgusted right now. I don?t know what to do. Now I have to shove out more money to finish the job that he never did. He left trash all in my backyard. My shower is still leaking. And both showers are incomplete. So trust me when I say run do not use this company.

Both bathrooms were completed, with only the mirror installation remaining after access was declined. The shower door is a custom frameless design selected by the homeowner, and the glass company confirmed it was installed correctly. The final payment was never made, despite the project being substantially completed. We stand behind our work."

I had a very disappointing experience working with D5 Construction on a bathroom project. From the outset, communication and professionalism were lacking. Jay consistently spoke in a condescending manner, which made what should have been a collaborative process unnecessarily difficult. Project management was virtually nonexistent. There was little to no guidance, coordination, or follow-through throughout the duration of the job. As a result, the project felt disorganized and poorly executed. Udi, the owner, proved to be highly unreliable. Commitments were not honored, timelines were not met, and ultimately the job was left incomplete. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, communication ceased, leaving me with unfinished work and unresolved issues. The quality of workmanship was far below expectations, and the overall experience reflected a lack of accountability and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before choosing to work with

"Nick, we did our best to accommodate your requests during the project. You chose not to paint the wall and instead installed a cover. After completion, you removed it and asked us to fix the wall. As of today, the final payment remains outstanding. We offered to fix the wall as a courtesy, even though it is outside the original scope of work, but you have refused to make the final payment."
