Good until now, they are not honoring the warranty for material and labor. Be weary doing business with the company that does not honor their warranty on the contract. I didn't even get a courtesy of response to my last email on September 15.

The roof did not pass the inspection . They told me there was the problem with the permit but haven't heard anything back from them.

Fantastic. They were able to begin immediately and finished it all within a few weeks. We needed a high-quality, relatively quick install and they really delivered. And it looks great.

It was a pleasure working with Al and his crew. His workers arrived bright and early every morning and worked hard until dark, every day until the job was done. This was a complicated job that also involved replacement of roof mounted A/C ducts on our home. Al was very patient with the A/C crew who at times were hindering his progress. Al's crew had enormous attention to detail, temporarily leak proofing all the areas left unprotected by the A/C crew at the end of each day. Working with Al was probably the best experience I've had with a contractor in South Florida in the last couple of decades. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Great! I called Al and made an appointment and he showed up right on time. He is nice, courteous and professional! He gave me an estimate and went over the entire process of roof replacement and told me I can have the job done within a week and true to his word, it was completed within a week. I acquired a few estimates from other companies and narrowed it down between Big Al and another company. It was difficult deciding between these two companies because they each had excellent records. The deciding factors in choosing Big Al's Roofing was that he kept following up with me on a consistent basis, his knowledge of this field, let me know he really wanted the job, gave me a better price to meet competitors pricing for the quality job I wanted and is a GAF Contractor and offers the Certificate of Warranty thru GAF. His overall quality rating speaks for itself which is why I highly recommend Big Al's Roofing to anyone needing any kind of Roof job!

Super Amazing! I called for an estimate. Not only was prompt to come out, but friendly and explained everything. Talked to me about options, and even gave me all of the tile pamphlets of options along with the estimate (no one else did that). One of the best prices, and came with higher included wood replacements and lower lumber charges. Once we signed up, communication was constant, with prompt response. When it came to do the week, a lot of workers showed up. They were fast and friendly (especially when my 3 year twins were running outside the house). Job was promptly done, permits/inspections all passed right away, and job looks great. I have already referred them to coworkers. Thanks Big Al's.

Al arrived on time one morning to provide an estimate, and left a great impression while explaining my options and his work process. In addition, he gave a turnaround time that was faster than what was given by other roofing companies. The re-roof was completed on schedule, and looks amazing. I waited a few weeks on this review to see how the new roof would hold up after a few days of rain, and I'm happy to report all is dry inside! Even still, if there was ever an issue I trust Al and his crew to make things right - he stands by his work and is a breath of fresh air from a lot of the shadier contractors to be found in Miami. I highly recommend him to anyone needing roof work done. Also a bonus - great communication! (a necessity for me)

Went really great. At the edges, the workers doing the silicone application got a little sloppy and got drips on my BBQ and trash cans, but time will remove them. The larger spots, I removed easily. The cost to me was much better compared to others who bid. The job foreman was personal and easy to work with. All-in-all, a great experience and the cap-sheet is terrific - house much cooler and not a leak to be found. Very satisfied.

We were in need of replacing our roof. We went looking for a roofing company one never responded, one gave us an estimate then ghost us, and we went on until we found you guys. When Eddie came in to give us an estimate, his presentation was spot on. He took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had. The crew was always on time ready to work very courteous & professional. Throughout the process if we had any concerns we received a prompt response. It's refreshing to find such a great company. The workers were responsive and professional. Their price was fair and the work was well done. They repaired a tie-in section of my roof where the flat roof and tile roof joined and did a good job.

My wife and I remodeled our complete house inside and outside. The roof was the final step and we received 6 estimates mostly large companies and a couple of intermediate ones. Al's roofing by far provided the most professional and complete estimate and a very competitive price. Al the owner does the estimate and you immediately feel very comfortable with him. In a town like Miami where people either do not show up, rip you off, or do a terrible job, Al is the exception. The timeline was very accurate the workers were all amazing and showed up every day except for rain delays. The most impressive part was that 16 men tore down the roof in one day and did not leave 1 speck of debris around the house or perimeter. All the inspections passed and the engineers that tested the roof told me that the work done was excellent. The final result is we have a beautiful very well built roof and will recommend Al to anybody looking for roof replacement or repairs.

It went smooth. Price was competitive and communication was always there via email (which is very important to me). The tile I chose took a couple months to be available (not his fault, tile company has a leeway of about that much), but once the date was established, work started promptly and finished quickly. About 2 weeks total. Cleanup was handled professionally and my new roof looks great!
