Precise on framing, no gaps, level plumb

TJ showed up on the day agreed, began working on the repair. Once completed while he was still in the driveway a portion of the floor chipped while vacuuming the area. Was able to get him back in and he began the fix. He left that day with job not completed to a satisfactory level with the intention of coming back the next Monday. Sunday he confirmed a time to arrive on Monday morning. As of Monday at noon he has not arrived to complete the job and is not responding to phone calls or text messages.
