Big City Asphalt was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to come give me an estimate, gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the work quickly. My project was quite small yet they sent a crew of 8. I watched about 80% of the work performed first hand and they were quick, efficient and courteous. When they left they swept the street to be cleaner than before the arrived. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and hire them again myself.

It went great! I thought that an army had arrived. I wished that I had a larger parking lot than just a two car driveway. They were efficient and careful. They listened to what I wanted and made sure it happened that way. They went above and beyond making sure the site (Alley) was cleaned, swept and picked up. They left it better looking than they found it. The only reason they got a B instead of an A was the difficulty in setting the appointment. After they got there is was smooth sailing. Thanks!

I called Big City Asphalt around 11 am and left a message outlining repair work and sealing I needed done on my asphalt driveway. Received a call back in just a couple of minutes from Adam who introduced himself as the owner. We discussed the scope of my work and he said he had a crew in my area that could do the work the same day. WOW. He was at my house along with a colleague in a couple of hours in a sparkling white pickup (no tar anywhere) to meet and write a proposal. What an incredibly professional and NICE young man. From the moment he began describing the work the crew would do, I knew he was the right guy for the job. The crew showed up on time just as he said they would do. Odie and Tyler wasted no time getting to work with impressive commercial equipment (none of those handheld blowers and big box store buckets of sealer. Couldn’t help but notice that when Odie fired up the giant push blower that it blew two sledge hammers down my 100ft. plus driveway. Now that’s some power. Tyler got to work sawing out a section of cratered asphalt and carrying it to end of driveway. Both guys never let up except to answer questions. After finishing prep work, they backed in a truck with commercial tank and hose and let the sealer sludge flow. I say sludge because it had sand added to it to improve the overall appearance which it did. Edges of sealer were sharp, margins clean and stacked stone walls free from tar. Big City Asphalt is a VERY IMPRESSIVE company. They did all the work they said they would and in the time they said they would 2 hours. Amazing experience. I will use them again and again.
