They were very good. I would recommend them. They did an excellent job. I loved them. If I would need them I would call them again.

I had a great experience with the team who first came out and identified the reason I had no hot water to the replacement of the water softener which was the problem. I decided to replace the water heater as well because of its age.

They were recommended by a couple of our neighbors. They answered my FB messages promptly. They gave a 90 day warranty, and the price was reasonable. I will use them again.

Approximately $20,000 job cost. Considering the work done, we think it went great. From Kristen in the office, Travis the owner, Toby the plumber and his helpers, and the excavators who dug the tunnel all were professional. Travis worked with our insurance company throughout this repair. It was such a relief when something unexpected came up, he could handle it and we did not need to try to explain it to insurance company. He knows what he is doing. Not once did we get a call from our insurance company with any questions. I will admit, we are not always easy to work with and the fact we were leaving on a trip on Sep 24th made us worry if job would be finished, but I should have trusted Travis. He assured me it would be and it was with a week to spare. Everyone that came to our house worked hard and did their jobs. Whenever we called the office with a question, Kristen made sure the appropriate person got the message and we always got a quick call back. Big City Plumbing is now our "go to" plumbing company. Thank you Travis, Kristen, Toby and the whole crew for promising and delivering.

Big City Plumbing offers excellent value for service with the added perks to their customer of integrity, professionalism, competency, punctuality, and just good people. My interaction with each person, starting with Kristin who does the scheduling, to Tony and Cole who provided the actual service, and Travis Chapman who is the owner, was a great experience for me. Every phase of the installation was explained in detail, completed in good time, and even better, no additional fees were added to the original quote. Heaven!

They are good. We all use them all the time on our rent houses. Their were two employees and it took them about 90 minutes. They left the area clean. Their good, they do quality work and use quality parts.

It went very well. The work was performed on 11/15/2016 and I haven't had any problems since. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joseph again and would recommend Big City to my friends.

Although our job was relatively small, this company took our problem seriously, which wasn't the case with other companies. The solution was to install a de-scaler to minimize the build up in our water heater and we are happy with the result and the excellent service we received.

Purchased an Angie’s List deal online for a Garbage Disposal and Installation. Toby was assigned to perform the job and was very professional, courteous and most importantly arrived on schedule. He replaced my garbage disposal within a reasonable time frame and even insisted that he sweep the floor to clean up his minuscule mess. I have no complaints. Exceptional service without a doubt.

See above; I will be calling them to fix my other toilet! I don't mind paying for quality work, etc, but I don't like being taken advantage of! I'm self-supporting!

Great, we now have hot water again

After explaining the problem to Anthony and Adam, they went to work on finding the problem and explaining to me how it would be repaired and the cost. I'm very grateful and thankful to Big City Plumbing and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The plumber informed me up front about the cost and what machinery was needed and how he would access the sewer line. He was careful of my home's flooring and was able to clear the lines within an hour's time. He gave me options in regard to further eventualities with no urgent "sell" attached to any decision I might need to make in the future.

Awesome! This is the second time I've called BCP. James checked my water heater for a possible leak and checked the igniter switch. He called the mfg to discuss the switch and to handle any warranty coverage. We learned that what we thought could be a problem wasn't a problem after all. Thank you so much James and Adam for going the extra mile. You're my permanent plumbing resource!

We had a damp spot on an exterior wall. After paying another company a couple thousand dollars for a pressure test and extensive work they swore that we did not have a leak. When the damp spot did not go away within a few months we called Big City Plumbing. For half of the price of the original plumber they located and fixed the slab leak in less time than the original company. Peter was great and I have a new company to call if I ever run into another issue. Thanks! <br />

Read where someone had a outside pipe leak and they contacted Big City Plumbing.. and were very satisfied with the work.  <br /> Well, thought I might have one also, so I contacted Travis at Big City Plumbing and he was very helpful. Sent two of his people over (Peter and Homer) and they did a quick eval on the area.... turns out I don't have one and they recommended no action. Thing that really impressed me was they did not try to "take me to the cleaners". The did a quick assessment and made their recommendation, rather than charge me for the digging and then tell me I didn't have a problem. Thanks guys. Will definitely use you again when the need arises. <br />

I discovered a leak yesterday afternoon on the side of my house. I called Travis at Big City Plumbing and set an appointment for today. They found the leak after much digging. I was going to just have them repair the leak, but considering the pipe was old PVC and had been installed in 1985, I decided it was better to replace the whole thing. Travis and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job in a short period of time. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM. <br />
