They were very fast on the job.  The gutters are fine.  Scheduling an appointment was perfect. There were atleast two people here doing the work.

The progression of the job went very well.  Mr. Rosenberger took great pride in his work and customer service.  The job was completed on time and in an efficient manner. <br />

First, it was hard to get a commitment as to a service date.  Second, they didn't show up on the 1st scheduled date saying they got lost trying to find our home.  Second, when they did reschedule I informed them no one would be there, and asked them to leave a notice of what they found, and an estimate for work needed.  Even after contacting them again weeks later, and the promise of the 'notes', none were ever provided.    The only place we knew needed some touchups was on the garage, and that was not done. <br />

It turned out fine and I had no complaints. They were friendly and completed the work quickly.

Everything was fine. They came pretty quick. I have no complaints.

Professional and courteous. Fixed several minor leaks and advised on when shingle replacement would be needed without and sales pressure. When it's time to fix the roof, I would trust Big C Restoration to do the job.

I ordered this service because I don't like to go too high up on ladders and during Christmas light installation the previous year (first year owning this home), I found some standing water in a gutter, seam leakage and gutter pulling away from the home. At first I felt comfortable when I ordered the service because the company does have an A rating and I felt this was a great deal to have all the gutters cleaned if nothing else. There are a few reasons why I am not fully satisfied with the service provided on that day. First the appointment was at I believe 4 p.m. and I arrived home at approximately that same time. Big C arrived approximately 15-30 minutes later (not exactly sure). I was advised that they had arrived early and had already inspected the roof but went up the road to get a drink. Okay well that is fine, but I did not actually see the full inspection and I did not question or request that they actually do it while I was there. I did pay an additional $50 for a higher pitched roof and given the other things that I feel were missed or not fully performed, began questioning myself later if that was actually performed or not. The home is only 10 years old so I did not feel that there was going to be any roof damage or areas of concern. I pointed out where I thought the bad pitch, pulling away and leaks in the gutters were. These areas of the gutters were actually cleaned out because they did have leaves in them and this was performed. I was advised that this was the only problem with that portion of the gutters and the rest of the house looked clean. The pitch, pulling away and sealing seams were not addressed as a few days later with a rain I noticed leaking again around the seams in the exact spot where I had asked them to address. I inspected, there were no leaves but standing water. I will have to address again in the future. Secondly, I did provide my email address in order to have an estimate be sent for gutter covers in the area that needed to be cleaned. I was glad that I was told that this area was the only area that I would have to do and they did not attempt to sell me something that was not needed. The employee wrote down my email. I never received anything at all from the company in a form of an estimate. The employee did spend some extra time with me at the rear of the house explaining what could be done to prevent water from running over the gutters due to the design of the roof on the house. I appreciate that. The employee was professional while here but I don't think I would use the service again considering that the description of the service was not fully performed in my opinion and I did not receive a follow up email as requested for the estimate of the guards. Hopefully though this is just a one time thing and something else was mixed up like the email address. Not sure.

They did the gutter cover, I had much more gutter than the amount that was included in the deal. I was irritated because they wanted to replace my roof even though I had it recently inspected by my insurance company who said my roof was in good shape. They also left some gutter pieces laying around in my yard after the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well and I would recommend that company. There were no additional fees. They came on time. The communication wasn't that good in the beginning; it was between them and Angie's List, not on my end. The price was really good.

The guys showed up when they said they would, evaluated the problem, and corrected it. I have had no evidence of any leak since they worked on the roof. Would not hesitate to use them again for any roofing problem. <br />

I would Definitely Recommend Big C <br /> Found I had wind damage and was quite sure that my insurance would approve for <br /> a new roof. I got my roof, and gutter shields installed in a timely manner. I <br /> was a brand new homeowner and they helped me with getting the correct <br /> information on the check. Very courteous and on top of things. I got my roof <br /> within a month, color I wanted, gutter protection installed as well as cleaned <br /> out. My gutters were hanging all around the home and were fixed. <br /> <br /> <br />

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They really didn't do what they said they were going to do.We weren't very happy with it. They said they would caulk anywhere where they thought there might be a leak and they didn't. They were supposed to caulk around the seams if they could. If it was anything more than that, they were supposed to give us an estimate to fix it. They didn't do any of that. About the only thing they did was tell us that a section of our roof needs to be repaired and that they would be more than happy to do it. We knew one place in particular that had a leak and they didn't do any caulking on it. They didn't show up on the scheduled day. We had to reschedule 3 or 4 times. We don't know why they didn't come the first time. The next two times the water was frozen in the gutters and they couldn't do what they needed to do. It was finally a month later that they got in here. There were no additional charges. They also broke one of our landscaping lights.
