People let me tell you about Big C’s Handyman Services. Carl is a best friend and warm hearted man when it comes to taking care of the seniors in your life. I bought my 92 year old mom an adjustable bed base that needed assembling. I live in Savannah, GA and my mom lives in Nashville, TN. I explained to Carl my needs and those of my mom. He listened and suggested I share the tracking link with him so he could track the delivery. When I tell you he was Johnny-on-the-spot…he met FED-EX as the bed was being delivered. I spoke with my mom and she was absolutely pleased with Carls’ care and attention to detail. He offered to help her make the bed, she told him that’s okay but he found a way to help her make it anyway. My mom shared many things about her experience with Carl and Big C’s service and how he assisted her, and, my mom (love her to death) is hard to please. I am grateful that there are human beings offering help and consideration of others. Very well! He called right away and came out to view the job. Found the supplies at the store quoted the price and the work was beyond my expectations. He even added some extra stone and cut them to where the original hadn't extended all the way to ground. He was very professional, courteous, and he cleaned up after himself. I could hardly tell he had been their. He has a good eye for detail when completing the project. He understood my objective of getting it taken care of to prevent a critter problem.
