"Went above and beyond for this customer. All work that was agreed on with the customer was done and looked over before we left. We got paid for the labor and work we agreed upon. The Wife looked at everything and said the work looked great. It was supposed to be a fiber glass shower but customer didn't want to wait on the shower walls being ordered so they wanted us to tile the shower. Customer tried ordering materials themselves and ordered the wrong size tub after we told them it's best for them to pick out material and we order it since we know what size and dimensions will work but customer insisted they order everything own their own. Soon as we left the job the customer called and said the roommate that they have living there said our trim work around the tub was wrong and we put pin holes in the Sheetrock. Also saying we messed up their vinyl floor. Which none of these our true. We didn't even use any chemicals that would stain or damage the floor. We went went back out there and took the trim down like they wanted. We had to cut a small slot in Sheetrock in garage to access the drain which we told the Customer we had to do and we don't repair Sheetrock which customer agreed. Also When we arrived to do the work the bathroom and bedroom had clothes and trash every everywhere so we had to clear a path to work. We even went back out there to help find the wife's necklace that had fell down into the sink drain which but unfortunately we never could find it. We went back out there a total of between 7-8 times to try and Make customer happy to no avail. We will not be doing anything else furthermore for this customer."
