AWFUL in the end. I gave this company a second chance after they didn't show up for the initial consultation, and ended up hiring them because the owner seemed as though he was going to do a wonderful job, and led me to believe that he really cares about revitalizing my wood work around my door. After the work began and despite the weather delays, seemed as though things were going well, until his assistant messed up a little and he had to make things right. After that I was promised multiple times that he would be here to complete the job AND NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AGAIN! NO explanation was ever offered, and no apologies were ever sent. If I could rate this company lower, I would. I was completely GHOSTED, and it will cost me MORE to fix what he didn't finish. I am truly disappointed and disheartened with this whole experience.

Amazing service. Great communication and where as others wanted 6 months lead time or stop responding .... BEST COMMUNICATION EVER. What I was told was exactly what happened and now I have a beautiful front door that also gives me a sense of true security. Professional interaction and honesty from the jump. 100000% would recommend.
