Big foot fencing and irrigation

The fence installation went pretty well accept the company cut my sprinkler line in half in January. They indicated that they would repair the line because that was something they also do. However, when late spring came around they gaslit and then ghosted me when I reached out for the repair. They initially returned me text messages and indicated "we will be out there Monday" but refused to answer subsequent messages when that day passed. Then they refused my calls. Then my wife called them a few days later because they didn't know to refuse her call (new number). They indicated "we will be there Monday". Once again that day came and went and we still don't have a repair. The company head is a childhood friend and I'm very disappointed in the level of service to repair the mistake they did. I was also hoping to recommend their services to friends, but unfortunately I cannot do that in good conscience so I'm left with leaving a bad review. Sorry it had to come to this Brian and now I have to hire someone to repair a mistake made by Bigfoot Fencing and Irrigation.

Quick response for estimate. Locating services were behind which delayed the project but Brian and his team were able to accommodate changing the date twice without it being pushed out and with accommodating our schedule. The fence looks great. They completed the project quickly without sacrificing quality. We asked them to come back for another project due to our positive experience.

very well brian did the work and in no time at all he was done

Brian and his "Band of Brothers" (they really are brothers) installed a split rail fence on my property that backs up to a foothill with a very steep grade on pretty much solid rock. I wasn't sure how they were going to make it work but they use jackhammers to dig post holes and are a rugged crew. The fence is beautiful and blends perfectly into the natural environment. They provided above and beyond service with a smile and Brian is extremely responsive to calls and texts. Reasonable price as well!

Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron

Big Foot Fencing was the very best company EVER! Brian and Chris gave us a bid and never changed the amount! Their work is professional, clean up complete and they found solutions for my difficult gate and broken pickets around my yard. I had been nervous about my 'cranky' neighbors on the fence lot line and they not only worked in a professional way with them, they privately supported me when a difficult confrontation erupted with that neighbor and me. Brian and his crew did an excellent job. They put up posts on day one and finished the entire fence on day two. One of the gates needed adjusting and they came back on day three to adjust it, no problem! These guys did a great job. Will hire again when another fence is needed. Thanks guys!

We enjoyed working with Brian. He was friendly and professional. we hired him to install our fence and fix our sprinkler system. He provided good insight regarding our irrigation system and offered solutions on how to make it better. The fence was done well and on time. We appreciate his team´s efforts as they installed our fence in our mountaineous terrain. Our neighbors also hired Brian to install their fence after ours was done. Brian and his crew went above and beyond for our privacy fence in our large backyard. Demo’d the old chain link and even had it hauled away! Entire demo & installation was a very quick two days. He and his crew are very personable and professional. Definitely make it feel like we had family doing the work. Brian was very professional, he showed up on time to provide me quotes, and to do the work. The tear down of the old and fence and the creation of the new fence was completed in a very timely manner and I am very satisfied with the final results.

Fence replacement and repair

Brian came to my house to look at what I needed done. He was able to replace my gate a week later and it looks great! This was the second time he has come out to repair my fence and his work holds up. I will definitely hire again as my fence is aging and with Colorado weather, I'm sure I will need his services again.

Brian and his crew were AMAZING! I was in need of fencing for my dogs and I messaged Brian for a quote. He quickly called me the next day and we scheduled a day where he could come out to my property. When he arrived he was very professional and gave me a quote right then and there. Brian was very patient with me even though I wasn't sure of what kind of fencing I wanted. These guys were the best and finished the fencing In 2 days. Great! I requested quotes from three contractors. Big Foot's quote was in line with the other two, but I ultimately decided to hire them because of Brian's professionalism. An early snowstorm hit Denver which changed our schedule but Brian was easy to communicate with. The new fence looks great and I'm thrilled with the results. His warranty is an added bonus. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
