Excellent! I had inspections and cost estimates from 2 other large companies...recommended extensive clean-up and new insulation for $25,000 to $45,000. Elliott spent more time investigating, found root issues, and saved us all that unnecessary work and cost. He also recommended 2 other small businesses to do the type of work that he does not normally do. He is a true professional.

Very prompt response, and came to inspect the bees nest near our porch soon after the emails and phone call. Elliott gave us a reasonable rate to take care of the bees nest and also to spray all of our eaves around our house for wasp control. I will probably use his service again for future wasp control as that is always a problem for us.

I went with BIGFOOT Pest Management because they were the only one (out of 5) I contacted who did not try to sell me an on-going maintenance program before even looking at the problem. Mr. Hahn looked over the house found the probable entry points, repaired them and set several traps under and around the house. He also set up dates and times to check the traps before he left. i am quite happy so far, and hope this fixes the problems. I gladly recommend him and would hire him again.
