Maybe we could have done a better job explaining that so thank you for the feedback. In regards to our pool knowledge I think you are referring to when your automation system broke and we could not fix it. We are not a repair company and definitely not experts at fixing automation but we do know lots of people who are and had someone come out and help you immediately. We are very proficient at servicing pools."

We only offered to change your service because we felt that your pool was easy to maintain and that we could help save you money. Our primary goal is to make sure your pool is safe, clean and properly maintained. To show our commitment to service we will provide one month of Full Service Cleaning for free. I agree, the filter should have been cleaned on a regular basis. I believe the green/slimy film is a type of stain/chemical reaction that occurs on fiberglass surfaces. I would have to check in person to verify. To show you that we value you as a customer I would like to offer you a new filter element and stain treatment completely FREE.
