Will and his employees have taken care of my pool for several years, and they've done an excellent job. They keep the water looking great (even though I have a live oak hanging over the pool). Also, Will has very competently handled the repairs and replacements of my pool equipment as it has worn out over the years. This is an old pool, and they keep it running really well. They also offer advice when they notice anything that could become a problem. In my experience, they are honest, reliable, and quick to respond when I contact them about any issues that pop up.

Maybe we could have done a better job explaining that so thank you for the feedback. In regards to our pool knowledge I think you are referring to when your automation system broke and we could not fix it. We are not a repair company and definitely not experts at fixing automation but we do know lots of people who are and had someone come out and help you immediately. We are very proficient at servicing pools."

I first met Dan when he came to repair my pool pump. I ended up getting a great deal on a new variable speed pump. Dan is very professional and personable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he educated me on my pool equipment. I subsequently signed up for a monthly service. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pool. <br />

When we first hired Will and Dan, things went exceptionally well. Their prices were extremely reasonable and Dan figured out the solution to an issue with our pool cleaner (Hayward). Since our pool is screened in, Will suggested that we get the less expensive chemical-only service which we did and that's when things started going badly. Since our pool was serviced on a Friday, there were times when Biggest Little Pools had run out of chemicals at that point, so our pool did not get the required chemicals and I went to the pool store to purchase the salt. Whereas initially a test kit was used to test the water, which seemed more thorough, things deteriorated to where a test strip was being used at the pool equipment versus the water in the pool and we were told that on the next visit, calcium would be used, so in effect, between the missed services and running out of chemicals, visits never felt complete. Will and Dan are personable and extremely competent but the spotty service compelled us to terminate service. <br />

In a two month time frame, they never brushed down the pool, only <br /> vacuumed when I asked, did not once clean out the pool filter and rarely <br /> showed up on the date promised. After getting yet another 'perfect' <br /> report card on my pool I took the water to my local pool store and it <br /> is way over salted AND chlorinated. My pool and hot tub has a green <br /> slimy film all over the sides and bottom from lack of brushing. I <br /> cleaned my pool filter and it hadn't been cleaned in months and months. I <br /> 'inherited' this company from the previous owner of my home, and they <br /> obviously hadn't been doing more than leaving the call tag on the door <br /> for a very long time. <br />

I agree, the filter should have been cleaned on a regular basis. I believe the green/slimy film is a type of stain/chemical reaction that occurs on fiberglass surfaces. This company is wonderful. Will and Dan go above and beyond to keep my pool in great shape--and that is not always easy! I have oak tree limbs above the screened pool, and the pollen and leaves get in the water when it rains. Sometimes after a rain the pool looks awful, but WIll and Dan clean it up and keep the pool water sparkling. They are honest and take pride in doing a professional job. They have handled my pool for a couple of years. I highly recommend them. <br />

<p>These guys are amazing. They were able to keep our pool clean and clear in spite of the fact our pool pump stopped working for several weeks. I worried about having a nasty, unhealthy green pool with an expensive major clean up issue and they kept it from happening. Biggest Little Pools kept our pool to where it needed little more than a good vacuuming once the pump was finally replaced. Biggest Little Pools used extra chemicals, vigorously brushed the pool on each visit and did the vacuuming all as part of our normal service without an extra charge. This is what happened with the pool pump. We had a new Pentair variable speed pool pump installed a few years ago by another company. The pump stopped working and we had to file a warranty claim with Pentair. Pentair sent a representative out to inspect the unit, determined it was a warranty issue and agreed to replace the unit. Now Pentair is a great company and we really appreciate the fact they stood behind their product. However, Pentair is also a very large company and large companies tend to move very slow because everything has to go through specified procedures. It took four weeks for Pentair to process our claim, do their inspections, send out a factory representative, deliver the parts and schedule a repair, etc, etc. The time frame was reasonable for a warranty repair and going though Pentair kept us from having to pay a $1,000 plus repair bill. It was nice not having to worry because Biggest Little Pools kept our pool looking great.</p>

We chose Biggest Little Pools to be our pool service provider. Will and Dan were very helpful in diagnosing what needed to be done to return the pool to what it should be. Now, the water is crystal clear and the scaling problem we had is under control. They are friendly and knowledgeable and are honestly interested in making sure that their customers' pools are pristine, as opposed to other "splash and dash" pool companies that only care about getting in, doing what they have to and getting out. We highly recommend them. <br />

We first called BLP on the recommendation of a friend because 1. we were looking for a pool service and 2. we needed repairs to our in line chlorination unit. Our pool is not covered by a cage. In our backyard there are plants/trees in our backyard that sometimes drop leaves and other debris into the pool, so at least one other pool company decided that they did not want us as a recurring customer. We had an estimate already to repair the chlorinator. <br /> BLP came out to the house on time. They were clean and polite. They advised us that they could save us $100 on the repair, and they also re-did a repair to a pipe in order to eliminate some of the air getting into the system. <br /> Biggest Little Pools offers different weekly service levels and additional services such as cleaning/inspecting/maintaining the DE filters. We chose the intermediate service and are very satisfied: great communication, nice folks, excellent service and fair prices. Why did we wait so long to get a pool service? <br />

GREAT Pool Company to work with!! I have had several houses with pools not to mention many different pool cleaners over the years...Biggest Little Pools is by far the BEST Pool company I have ever had to pleasure of working with. Will and Dan are terrific and provide excellent service!! Not only do they show up EVERY WEEK like they are supposed to, but they also actually take the time to Clean the pool properly and check the salt levels consistently to keep my pool looking great ! <br /> I would also like to note that when Will came aboard to take care of my salt water pool it was not in good shape at all to say the least. <br /> It was a brand new pool put in by an incompetent builder who left us with terrible levels and basically just a mess. It took Will and Dan a few months to get everything on track with it and they even came much more often then the contracted once a week schedule at NO EXTRA CHARGE to me in the beginning just to get the pool corrected due to the builders incompetence which was no fault of theirs. <br /> They know their stuff and as long as they are in business, they will be our pool care providers!! <br /> Thank you Will and Dan...you guys ROCK! <br />
