Josh the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Julie who scheduled the appointment was helpful. He showed up when he said he would. There was an issue with a defective lock which they promptly corrected. If you are looking for company that is reliable honest and competent this is the company for you . I can honestly say their customer service is second to none.

Came out and assessed problem.  Tried to fix it, but too old.  Suggested I go online to see if could find replacement parts; if not call them back and they would put in new lockset.  There were no longer parts available so I called them again and they came out with a new modern lockset and replaced.  Everything went well and gets A's in all categories except price.  I honestly have no idea if good price or not since I have this done rarely.  I  just did not like paying so much, but was just pleased everything worked out well without any hassles.  I might also add last locksmith that came via Angie's list said he did not have parts to replace and suggested I go to Home Depot and wanted nothing more to do with me.    <br> <br>

I came home yesterday and the plug came out of the door.  I immediately searched Angies List for a provider.  I made some calls and found Big Lock & Key Locksmith Services.  I was so glad that they were open 24/7 because other companies had already closed.  Julie was really friendly, patient, and professional.  She was willing to send someone out that same night but we opted for the morning.  Julie advised that Josh will be there around 8-8:15am.  This morning, Josh was nice to call me first to let me know that he was completing a job and how far he was from me to give me a timeline.  Love that!!  Josh came over and was very knowledgeable and friendly.  He walked me and my husband through the different options and did a display and everything.  It was awesome!!  never had that from previous locksmith companies.   <br /> I would definitely call them again and refer them to my customers in the future.  Great service, Julie & Josh!!  I would use Josh every time. <br />

Julie was very friendly and professional on the phone and was able to get locksmith out the same day. She called when he was going to be on his way. I was very skeptical because I have had previous bad experience with other people but she reassured me that he would be able to fix my problem or there would be no charge. Golan arrived on time in a company truck and was very friendly and professional. It took him seconds to remove lock and he even offered to install deadbolt that I had previously purchased. He was very fast. I used coupon from Angie's list magazine. He gave me a key tag for future free service calls. Everything went better than I expected.

I am satisfied with them. The pricing is a little high.

I needed a re-key and lock box installed.  Julie understood the urgency and thankfully fit me in the schedule. My problem was solved within two hours of calling the company. Very impressive. <br />

The office staff were courteous and helpful, attempting to schedule a service call the same day, but since it was late Friday afternoon when I initially called, they had to schedule it the following Sunday (closed on Saturday). The service technician, Pete, called in advance and arrived on time. Excellent service from the office to Golan who completed the job.  They were very polite and professional.  I called again a week or so again later to get more keys cut and Golan arrived within the hour and despite a nasty thunderstorm and flat tire he still had time to fix a sticky door and be very pleasant and helpful.  I will be using them again for motion detectors and cameras.  Very happy with the personal service. <br />

My experience with them was okay. They overpriced on their keys for what they advertised. I wouldn't use them again.

Everything went very well. I called on a Sunday and told the gentleman that I needed my lock changed. He came that day, an hour or so later. He started to work on the lock and noticed the handle was broken and will give me problems soon. So I agreed to change both. He has a few different styles to choose. I picked one and he put them in. Door looks great, and lock works great. Great service. Will use him again. <br />

It was very expensive, but he was very nice. They did the job perfectly but they charged too much.

Golan was great.  He was professional and changed all the locks in the house.  He told me pointers on how to keep secure every entrances into the house.  I was very satisfied. <br />
