Mike gave us a quote and the price was well below the other bids.Before he began, we discussed the details of the job and length of time it would take.After the vanities were installedand all the plumbing completed the job was complete.After my inspection I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.Even the tiny details were done which rings of craftsmanship.I have and will continue to give them my endorsement and business.

Mike and his team were amazing. They instantly put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Being a single mother that knows nothing about plumbing and repairs, I had no problem letting Mike take the lead on doing the best thing for my children and I! I put Mike's company in my phone as I am already making a list of what I need done next! No need to look further as he does it all for a reasonable price and I feel safe with them in my home and around my children!

Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. BE WARNED!! This guy is a scammer. I paid half up front work work to be done, supposed to show up at 9am didn’t show up until 3pm. Was in my home until 11:30 pm and didn’t complete the job. Then asked for an little advance on the rest of his labor charge so he could pay a bill? At midnight? Promised to be back the next day, which he then came with many excuses as to why he couldn’t make it to complete the job. Again promised to be there the following day to get it done as quickly as possible. I asked him to call first thing in the morning didn’t hear from him until the afternoon with more excuses. I gave him one last chance to show up in a time that was convenient for me which he “claimed” would take an hour tops to finish and was again a no show. Please do not choose this provider you will get what you pay for NOTHING!!! Do not allow him or his “help” into your home.

"I can’t believe you called me a scammer after I called you and let you know all day long that I was having a hard time getting over there.WE ARE A HONEST COMPANY & we take pride in our work. I didn’t want to put out my personal business that I was having a hard time walking on my foot and leg. When I did get there the first thing i said to you I could barley walk and I was thinking about rescheduling with you but I was gonna do my best to do the job like I told you. I asked you several times was it a problem with working late .the reason why it had taken so much longer you wanted the garbage desposal on one side of the sink which was very complicated because there was no room there but I told you I would make it happen if possible. I expected to get the job done along with the other items on the contract so I could get paid because I had a bill due that I was going to pay by phone so it wouldn’t get turned off. You made it sound like I was doing something wrong by asking for the money that was owed to me because 95% of the work was completed. I asked you for a little advance for the rest of the labor charge that you owe me for the rest of the materials that I got for you and some more labor. The reason why I asked for an advance on the labor Was to Pay a bill by phone so it would not get cut off. You assumed that something was not true for whatever reason to make me look bad. The labor was already 95% completed so it wasn’t that you were paying me before I had done the work you still owed me for materials. You smiled and acted like everything was okay & you told me there was no problem . I wish you would of spoken up and said something because we were working in the rain and the cold. If you would of answered your phone and text when I told you I was coming to finish the job you would of got the messege that my foot was so swollen but I was going to suggest to you to find someone someone else off of Angie’s list which was very little left to complete and I would of refund you the money if you felt like I needed to to sastify the both of us. Instead you jumped the gun and put negative words which was not necessary. To call me a scammer was unprofessional But on the flip side I asked you to give me a call or text so I can send you a refund but you have not called or text me back so I will figure out your refund and send it to your address.It was nice to meet you & your family. Deposit paid 9/18 for bath remodel. Finally begun June 2019 I was told needed new deck and other large projects and paid down on those as well, in all about 7 proposals. Bathroom demo began June and deck was demoed at same time. Bath was to be completed by mid July. His considerate workers built a temporary ramp so dog and I could get to back yard. Nearly 3 mos later the ramp is still there and the bathroom is less than half done. A few weeks ago I slipped on ramp and landed on my back. I lost count of number of times he’s promised to come to work and didn’t. Or said his men would be here then sent them to another job. I’dbeen compassionate and patient about his reasons for delays but he’s spent my patience. I started complaining a few weeks ago but was too slow to recognize what was going on. I accepted new jobs when the first was not nearly done because he said “it’ll be done this week”. Three weeks ago. And of course when I started arguing and making demands he got angry and offensive. I’m 5 feet tall and to have this six foot plus guy yelling down at my face was unpleasant to say the least. My previous review was 3 words and I only filed it to get the complaint resolution started. He was angry. Imagine what he’ll say when he sees this. He had a lot of good reviews so I discounted the bad ones. I should have paid better attention. (Update) I cannot believe after my experience that this man still has a super service award. After contracting for remodel in 2018 as of nov 2019 no jobs have been completed. He abandoned the work on Aug 30 with bath 20% done. No deck. No jobs complete. One job not begun and no refunds. He left the work to try to force me to pay more money. It will cost thousands to get other firms to finish the work in addition to the $15,000 I already paid this man. He failed To get permits where required by the city but told Angie’s list he didn’t need them. I have no downstairs bath. No deck. Apparently Angie’s l took away some of my reviews. So I hope this update will remain

I called Mike after one of the boards from the gable came off during a storm and noticed the others looked to be in bad shape as well. Mike was very able to give us an estimate from a picture I emailed him and said he would check the boards on the other side of the house when he came out. We ultimately ended up deciding to replace the slats on both ends of the house the day work was to begin. The crew removed all the old wood and cut the new boards to match the size of the old slats. They then painted, caulked and also replaced the screen located behind the slats. The weather was not cooperating the first day and it started to rain after the slats were down, but they made sure the house was properly protected till work could resume. They also worked late when they returned to finish up the bulk of the job. Mike and his guys were all friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to address any concerns I had- they really want a person to be happy with the end result. We were very pleased with quality of the work and would hire again.

This was my first time doing a bathroom remodel and everything went smoothly. Mike and his crew were friendly, professional and trustworthy. Mike kept us in the loop with his schedule and plans and there were no surprises. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. They tiled the walls around the bathtub and the bathroom floor as well as the plumbing and electrical work. It looks great! I would highly recommend Mike and plan to use him again for our next bathroom.

The initial call for Mike's services was for our Kitchen ceiling and backsplash but after seeing how professional they preformed their duties, we decided to utilize his services for our loose stair posts. The previous contractor failed to secure the posts properly thereby causing it to be a major safety violation. Mike pulled the permit and endured a grueling tongue lashing from the city inspectors due to 3-D Unlimited owner/ Danny Brinkley's lackluster workmanship and ability to perform as a true contractor. Permits were never pulled! To make a long story short, Mike fixed the problem and gave our family the safety peace of mind needed for daily usage. We will definitely be calling him again for additional services!

Mr. Mike himself saved us. We paid and had an installation scheduled after purchasing a new Range Hood from Home Depot but was surprised that on the day of the install, no one showed up! We waited for a Home Depot Contractor to arrive all day.... finally after several hours of waiting contacted their service office to find that resolution wouldn't happen for several days and we had a planned graduation party the following day. Thought of Mike and contacted him... he came over right away and installed the hood range. His price was extremely reasonable. Home Depot's installation price was $150 and Mike's price was $60. So as I initially started out by saying, Mike saved the day! Our family would like to do business again! Thanks, Mike!

Mr. Mike and his crew were very knowledgeable and experienced with the level of craftsmanship they've performed in my bathroom. We were extremely pleased with the design suggestions and were able to quickly make an informed decision on our tile pattern. His knowledge base on materials also assisted us with making a quick determination as to which products to purchase. Additionally, he identified subpar work and faulty material used by our previous contractor (3-D Unlimited). He gave us the true level of craftmanship that a LICENSED Contractor should have and was missing from the other contractor! His crew always remained professional while instilling a certain sense of pride when performing their work and the results were remarkable. I truly will be hiring Big Mike's Construction again for additional work needed on my home.

Mike and his team did a great Job. He's workmanship is great and he is very particular about the quality of his work. Very pleased. For a team of three they did the work of a 10 man crew. Hard working and pays attention to smallest of details to ensure you are happy with what they are doing. They always asked if we were happy with how they did it. Offered us opinions to help with the stress process. It was great. Took a little bit longer but to be expected when things pop up. But it is completed and great. He helped us measure to be sure we got the right size cabinets. He helped us even plan things to do to make it look better. He put in our cabinets, plumbing, tile, and back splash. It looks great. Better than the cheap cabinets from home depot or lowes the insurance wanted us to use and just replace the 3 that had smoke damage. I am pleased with everything they did. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them to help remodel my bathroom and replace my carpet floors with wood floors. At 10:00 at night Mike came out to help us with getting our refrigerator in a tight spot. Great team
