It went great and fantastic. I will use the again, they did exactly what they say they gonna do and they gave me extra spotted so I could have and they explained to me how to maintained my carpet clean.

Big Tex was awesome. They are very reliable-true and honest with what stains would come out of my dining chairs and carpet. They went above and beyond to make sure it was clean, clean, clean. They were very transparent with what they were using and doing and how my materials would respond. I felt comfortable with them in my home. Will use again!
