Alex and Joe did an excellent job in a very difficult environment. They finished the clearing as promised for the price agreed on. Wish more contractors were like them. I will definitely use them in the future. GREAT JOB!

All of the tree service contractors I contacted were unable to provide me with me with the timely response I needed. After contacting Christian of Big Tex Tree Service we met at my home to review my tree damage repair and debris removal needs. Christian was very understanding of my urgency to complete the project quickly. Christian provided me with a cost estimate that was very reasonable for my project scope. Within a few days he was on site with a large crew and completed the work in less then a day. Christians crew was professional worked safely and protected my property from further damage. Big Tex Tree Service was very responsive and quickly came out to provide an estimate. I thought the quoted price was fair for the amount of working being done, and they came out just a few days later and took care of everything. They were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. The crew was friendly and courteous. I would hire them again for my next tree service.

10 years hired these folks 2 x’s a year for 5 mature oaks, 1 large red maple, 1 pine and numerous crepe myrtle trees. Family business and they work hard for repeat customers.

Price is good and the trees are good but it did not come easy. I spent like $5000 for new and old trees and they both died. They agreed to make it right and plant new ones and the trees that they re-planted are good and they are living now. But scheduling and getting them motivated to kind of do the re-planting took a lot of effort.

The gentleman that quoted the job was the one who came back with the crew to do the job. They were supposed to do the job on Thursday , never showed up or called until the next Monday. They asked if I still wanted them to do the job and they came out the next day to do the work. They were supposed to patch a tree that had some damage to it but did not do the work.They called and told me they had finished and I could leave a check on the porch the next day. I reminded them that they did not patch the tree and he said when he came to get the check he would take care of it. Haven seen them since.

They did a great job. Reduced their price to match a competitor's bid. Showed up when they said they would. Even swept off the pine needles off my roof before they left.
