Bill Blair Plumbing is my go-to plumber!!! Not only are he and his team professional and friendly, but they go out of their way to make sure the situation is under control and that the problem is solved. One and a half years ago they fixed a clogged drain pipe under the kitchen sink, coming out on a Saturday morning short notice. A few months later in early 2024 they installed a new dishwasher drain line, under sink shut off valve, and tidied up the under sink lines so we could have a new dishwasher installed. Last summer they valiantly searched and eventually found a leak behind the kitchen sink that was causing our exterior siding to look like it was raining from under the siding. Most recently, on a Sunday morning, I had to unexpectedly relight the pilot light on our ancient gas water heater and Bill walked me through the process that was not so intuitive (even with instructions on the tank!) via text message!! Every time I reach out or ask questions he's always there with a ready answer. Pricing is always fair and the work solid. I'll never go anywhere else!!!

Bill and his sons did an excellent job helping us out on the plumbing needs of an old apartment complex building. They were knowledgeable, professional, and were able to find solutions to hard plumbing problems. They were fair with their prices and got the job done on time. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you may have!

Bill Blair plumbing came out and replaced my water heater today, They were here on time, and were really nice. They did a great job, and were reasonably priced. I highly recomend them and will be looking to use them again if I have another plumbing catastrophe

Amazing customer service and professional work at fair prices! When our remote cabin property needed a new water heater, I got a number of quotes from larger plumbing companies in Kitsap County. After recovering from the "sticker shock" along with scheduling 2-3 days out, i reached out to Bill at 10:00 AM in the morning and by 4:00pm, Bill had procured and installed the unit and all the materials to bring our water heater up to code. It may not happen for everyone, but 6 hours from first contact to completion is amazing. Better yet, Bill's cost was about 40% below the larger plumbing companies with big advertising budgets that customers usually end up paying for. Added bonus, Bill has a great sense of humor, so keep on your toes. Cannot thank Bill enough for job well done at a fair price!

Bill was the only one of 10 (!) plumbers I phoned who could provide same-day service on a holiday weekend. He snaked the line clear at our Port Orchard grocery store - it was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional.

I cannot, in words, translate the value I received or appreciation I feel towards Bill Blair plumbing. On the 1st call he helped me, but refused to charge me as "it wasn't a big deal." The folks need to make a living but don't need to rake you over the coals to earn said living. I will NEVER go elsewhwere for my plumbing needs. Thank you Bill Blair! Jeremy

Replaced 5 water shut-off valves on our small community water system. Bill Blair and crew were a pleasure to work with. I concur with all his other five-star ratings. So glad he was able to finish the job within just a few hours so we could turn our water back on! All still works great after more than a week later.
