Install technician was cordial everyone else I dealt with was as crooked as they come.

DIagnostic testing was fast and good with 1st tech. 2nd tech who installed the circuit board/transformer (part had to be ordered) wasn't as friendly as per my wife. I did get a feeling that there was push to doing more than necessary. Rather than replacing a coil, there was a strong recommendation to put in a new system and blower. The contractor I went with (accurate AC) didn't agree. So I think they were competent but I felt they were pushing more to do an entire new system (replacing a 6 year old goodman system) which helps them and not necessarily me. Unfortunately I think this is more of the norm in the HVAC industry.

Job went very well. They were professional and prompt beginning to end. The installation involved many people for the different parts of the installation - unit, ducts, electric - and they did a great job. They took care of permits and tax benefits on energy saving units for me.

Total fraud! When you were placed on hold or hold music says “free estimates.” Would not recommend anyone dealing with them.

I had my A/C units replaced in 2013 by Bill Leary. Subsequently, I have had some issues with the condenser units (apparently, Luxaire/York (the manufacturer) has had lots of problems with the original design). As a consequence, the condenser units develop leaks and you lose your coolant. I had this happen to one unit last year and then it happened this year to the second unit. Fortunately, the units are still under warranty. Bill Leary has done what they need to do to resolve the problems. My service tech today was Charles who handled this in a thorough and professional way. While I would prefer not to have had these problems, Bill Leary has done what was needed and the problems are not their fault but that of the manufacturer . I would use Bill Leary again.

Follow up today annual inspection. Must say JR was very professional thorough and I was very pleased. He did an honest job. Treated my home and myself with respect and truly serviced my AC Color me cool and happy.

After receiving a couple quotes for replacement of our 8 year old system, we met with Fred from Bill Leary who thoroughly inspected our system and revealed to us that our system didn't need to be replaced. There were parts that were not installed correctly, a couple that needed to be replaced, and a set-up/design flaw that needed to be corrected. After replacing these items and some minor redesign, our system has been working like a charm. I found Fred and the entire crew who completed the work to be honest and I trust their expertise. I never felt as if I were being swindled or taken advantage of. We saved in excess of 15k by repairing our high-tech system that did not need to be replaced! I would not hesitate recommending Bill Leary HVAC and their team of experts.

The guys at Bill Leary are very professional and efficient and did a great job. At first we were very worried because the units (manufactured by LG) appeared to have something wrong with them. They were not cooling properly. They troubleshooted the problem, came back over and over and even had someone from LG come look at the units. Once they figured out what it was (a mis crossed connection), they fixed the issue and now, two years later we had a leak in one of the pipes which they repaired at no charge as a courtesy. I appreciate their concern for their customer's satisfaction.

Technician was very pleasant and professional, doing a thorough 17-point check of heating and cooling units to ensure they were properly working prior to sale of property. Addressed all concerns given in home inspection report, and we were impressed by his honesty and expertise.

First company of 4, over many years of heat deficiency, to diagnose and explain reason for inadequate heating on 1st floor.

We have used this company for over 20 years, the servicemen are great, very nice, clean and professional. I noticed that over the last 5 years the customer service has really changed it used to seem more like a family place, now they over book appointments and have no consideration for your time,we have done a maint. contract with them for over 20 years, also recommend customers, they also have been doing my mother-in laws house, we had replace the ac/heating 6 years ago, and also the same year we had them do my mother in laws. with the contract you pay in the spring for both the AC/Heating maint. they come in spring no problem because that is when you pay, the last three years we had not been reminded of the heater of the fall, I had scheduled an appointment this today and took the day off, I just got called they are not coming. It would be ok if it never happen before or if they had called us in Sept like they did 5 years and we dragged our feet but that was not the case we had to call and scheduled our appointment, and then when I said I took the day off the person did not care at all, great work but the company itself has really changed, if you get an afternoon appointment be aware it is usually very delayed now in the spring they cam after 7pm at night

The unit replaced cost $20.00. The technician took 2 hours to replace the unit. The final cost was $500.00 plus tax!!!!! Unjustifiable!

The fan works now, so that's a plus. That said, more than $80 is a lot to pay just to have someone look at something to diagnose it. We didn't realize that the fan control (fixed to the wall) had a battery (the fan was already there when we bought the house). The technicians recommended that we change the battery, and randomly pushed some buttons on the control, and the fan worked again. It took less than five minutes. The company was clear about what the diagnostic price would be. With that said, I can't help but wonder if another company would have said "hey, we were here for 5 minutes and would rather have you as a customer again than gouge you for this visit". Maybe not. But we're going to install A/C in the next few years, and I don't think we'll consider working with them again.

Arrived with the designated 4 hour window. Technician very knowledgeable. I've been a client for over 7 years and they are usually on time. If the technician is delayed a call is made informing the customer of the delay, which is much appreciated. <br />

It went well. We have heat again. He let us know that further work would be needed to prevent the problem from happening again and gave us a quote to do the job. We will definitely call them to fix the long term problem. <br />

They were timely and professional but left many untied ends and had to come back 2-3 times to fix every thing after things did not work as expected. However they had great financing and their on call service is good too. I would only think twice before hiring them again because of the return visits that were required after the main job. Their office staff, techs and emergency tech are all very courteous, and they did file all the paper work in timely manner and we had no issues re: the permit processing. <br />
