The job was handled professionally and I am satisfied that the leak was fixed. However, the price was outrageously way over-priced. The initial quote was #389 which I though was way too high but since the job needed a bit more work than anticipated the final price of $589 was astronomically over-priced. Would not use this company's service again for that reason. (A reasonable price to me would have been under $300 at most)

Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs

I had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. Metz fee was able to come out a few hour later and identified that the leak was coming from my Master Bathroom toilet. They gave me the option of resealing but I wanted a new toilet. They were able to provide a quote for a toilet which was $500 more then the reseal so I just went for it plus asked them to also do my 2nd bathroom upstairs as well. They came the next morning and installed both toilets in less then 2 hours. They were very professional and I will use them again if I have any other issues.

We were in the middle of moving and the lines for the washer could not be disconnected because the hot and cold handles were frozen. I explained to the dispatcher the urgency and at 3:00 PM on a Friday they found a plumber that just finished another job and was at our home in less than 30 minutes. This company has always been fantastic but this time they really set themselves apart. Great job and thanks!

Job went really smooth. The technicians are very professional & knowledgeable. Luis led the job with ease. Fast clean and efficient. Great with our dogs. Will definitely hire them again if needed. We had a mess that previous plumbers left and they cleaned it up made sure everything was done properly. Highly recommended.
