It was excellent. They did a very nice job. They came and measured everything. Everything fit perfectly. They also had a plumber come out to fix things. They did an extremely good job and I was very pleased with them. They are all very polite.

When we were ready, a person came to my home and prepared a template of the countertops out of wood. Installation was smooth and professional. Every fit perfectly! The installers were so good! They cleaned up afterward, measured for the faucet to be an exact fit, and explained what cleaning products were best for the Corian. My kitchen looks beautiful!! This company is highly recommended. Do ask about the Corian sink verses the stainless steel. The the stainless steel sink ends up costing more because there is an additional charge for installing it. The Corian sink is so pretty, seamless and has a clean finished look to it. <br />

I talked to the installer and he said the marks would clear if I just washed with soap and water it each day for the next week. Since Corian is supposed to be non-porous, I was confused, but did as they asked. Washing the counter tops did not help so I called Bill Shea. He repeated what the installer said and when I told him I had, he suggested windex. When that failed too, Bill Shea stopped taking my calls. After months of trying to speak with him, I finally called Dupont (the company that makes Corian)and sent them pictures of the counter tops. Dupont hired an independent person who visited me and said he would recommend to Dupont that the counter tops be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately, Bill Shea's men were assigned to fix the counter top! Needless to say, the second time was worse than the First. I had been very sick in 2012, in the hospital from February thru April and then again back in the hospital in Sept. My product has a warrany of 10 years (in writing) so when I felt better I called Dupont, told them how bad the top was and was told they had done what they could. Unable to get any satisfaction via either Bill or Dupont I am stuck with an expensive counter top that looks like a 30 year old piece of junk. Would I ever use Bill Shea again .... NEVER!!

I had my kitchen counter tops replaced.   My home is over 100 years old and the cabinetry is custom.  As a result, the cabinets are continuous, open from one end to the other.  The sales person helped me to decide on installing Corian, since supporting a heavier product could be an issue. <br /> I chose one of their more elaborate designs, sandlewood, with the integrated sink.  They arranged for a visit to create the 'template' <br /> within the week.  I have 3 sections of counter.  Two with corners.  They manufactured the product so there was a uniform flow of the pattern.  The corners had no joining lines.   You actually have to feel the edge find where they joined the pieces. <br /> I ordered the countertops on July 17th.  The template was made within a week and the final manufactured product was installed on July 30th.  Bill Shea does their own manufacturing.  They arranged for the plumber to come and disconnect the original sink and then return later in the day to connect the new integrated sink.  <br /> Their work was thorough, professional and excellent.  I was (and still am) thrilled with the results.  <br /> Corian does scratch easily and is not heat resistant.  I knew that coming into the process.  Some complain that it stains, but I haven't experience that issue. <br /> Overall, I was totally pleased with this purchase.  In fact, in October I spent another $1500 and replaced the vanity top & sink in my adjoining bathroom.  <br /> Love it. <br /> <br /> <br />

Needed to update my old formica countertop so that a cooktop could be installed.  Bill Shea's is on the radio ads a lot & called for estimate.  Very professional & no "attitude" when I mentioned that I was on a very tight budget & wanted to know what I could get for in Corian material.  (other telephone inquiries at other centers gave me attitude!)  Turns out they have a group of several popular colors that are lower in price than others, this is what I went with.  This was my first home project, and the staff at bill shea's was very patient answering all my questions about what steps would be involved, when things will be ready, etc.   The home visit for the measurements & estimate write up was no-pressure.  Seriously!  I was very suprised, after experiencing other "free estimates" in the past.  If I ever need to replace my countertop again, I'm calling Bill Shea's.  Yeah, I sound like a commercial ! <br />

The job went well overall. We had Bob Shea's replace the counter tops in two of our rental units as well, but the desc. and pricing is for the work done in our own unit. The three installations were done over the course of 2 days, the workers ran into some snags while removing the old counters, but they figured it out and the job was done on schedule. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, very durable and as about as low maintenance as you can get. <br />

Bill Shea's Replacement Countertops are very easy to work with. I had two different salespeople and they were both very pleasant and very organized. I had talked to them about a year ago and then forgot about and then finally decided to go ahead with it. He offered some other suggestions about the type of countertop I picked and his suggestion was better. That turned out to be really good. It works for me. My kitchen looks bigger. It's lighter. We replaced the countertop and sink for the bathroom. She brought me a whole bunch of different things to look at and we decided on the one that I wanted. She suggested putting a backsplash on it, which I hadn't thought of, because my original counter didn't have one. But she suggested it and it looks really great. 

It went A+ overall!!! <br />

There were two gentlemen and they were very professional. It was the first job of the day, so they went right to work and did not spend much time talking.  <br /> <br /> <br />They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. <br /> <br /> <br />I highly recommend them.

Joanne came to give us an estimate. She was punctual & very professional & competent. <br /> She explained the whole process in detail & provided some suggestions where we had questions. <br /> We used a plumber Bill Shea's works with to remove the old sink & replace it with our new one. That worked out fine getting the exact times we needed to work around the countertop installation. <br /> The installers did an amazing job using only 2 pieces of the material for the backsplash. So there is just one seam. <br /> After they left, I saw some area where i felt more caulking should have been applied. Joanne called the installers without hesitation, & they came back to fix that area to my satisfaction. <br />

They were easy to work with. They were very accommodating. They gave me several ideas. They always returned my phone calls. They were willing to match competitor prices. I would recommend them to anyone. They were here on time. They gave me dates and times when they would be here. They cleaned up after themselves. They called after the installation was complete to be sure I was satisfied with their service.

He did a wonderful job.  The work is beautiful.  They were pleasant people to work with.  

He did an excellent job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with his work and with his price.

I call Bill Shea's at 9:30 this morning, explained my problem and he asked if 2:00 would work for me since he had to be in the area. Paul arrived right on time and set to work after explaining that a thin crack caused by poor support in the original installation could not be covered. But after two hours of hard work , the counter looked like new. He gave me a kit to clear up small marks in the future and suggested a product to keep it clean and polished. I am so glad I didn't decide to put in a new countertop!

I used their website to get an online estimate, and it seemed to be a bit of a mirage. Several days went by and I didn't receive an estimate or phone call, so I called and the owner helped me get the ball rolling on my order. After my cabinets were installed, a super nice guy came to measure for the countertops and sink, and came back exactly a week later to install them. They look fabulous, I could not be happier with the finished product. My main problem with Bill Shea's was that I could not seem to reconcile my measurements of square feet (23) by what they charged me (38 sq feet). Also I was never shown options for edges, drain trays, backsplash etc. I'm not sure I would have chosen the same thing I had been shown other options.

Wonderful people. They came in and there was no mess. The price was reasonable. Everyone was nice, helpful, and professional. I am going to call them again for my other houses.

My experience with them was wonderful. I would recommend them. They came on time. They saw I needed some plumbing work done and called someone to come out and take care of that for me. They were absolutely clean. They took everything away. They were courteous.

He did a great on the countertop even though I have a older home. I am impressed with how well he matched everything up.

They came and did a very specific small job for me and I liked the fact that they had no problems about coming over to do such a small thing. They came on a weekend. Their price was kind of expensive.
