"I am disappointed in Farith's review. After the inspection of his system. We told him the system had an obvious leak and he asked how much to recharge his system just to see if it would hold and I replied depending on the amount of refrigerant would determine the cost. I also asked him to call me when and if his home became uncomfortable so that we could find and repair the leak in the system properly. I had him scheduled for the afternoon ofJune 25th. I text him about mid-morning on the 25th and he told me not to bother he already had someone else make the repair. I guess he just couldn't wait that long and by the way I added 12 lb of refrigerant to his system and only charged him $300 because I knew it would have to be repaired at some point."
