Great service. Responsive to telephone inquiry. (wow, a company that a actually returns phone calls!) Easy to arrange delivery and collection. Very polite and helpful. They came when they said they would, and were able to extend the period we had the dumpster without any issues.

I called Pat Nolan on Monday and he explained that $350 covered delivery and pickup of the 13 cubic yard rolloff dumpster including disposal of the contents.  The price was all inclusive and covered up to 2 weeks at our location.  For a small additional charge, we could extend the time on site if necessary.  <br /> Pat delivered the dumpster as promised on Wednesday.  He put down wood planks to protect our driveway and showed me how to operate the doors and latches.  I called him back on Friday for pickup and he came toward the end of the day. and took a full dumpster away. <br /> He was very responsive and delivered exactly what was promised. 

Pat was very professional and communicative.  He delivered the dumpster at the agreed location.  The dumpster was placed on a wooden structure to protect the driveway.  The door made it very easy for my wife and I to fill the entire dumpster in one evening after work.  Although I believe we could have kept it for 2 weeks Pat was available to haul it off the next day.  Will definitely use again in the future.

Pat is a fantastic business man to deal with.  He was quick to respond to my original inquiry, delivered the dumpster when he said he would at a very reasonable price.  He was also very accommodating since I had to extend my contract twice due to the length of time it took to complete the house renovation.  He removed the dumpster with no damage to my yard, which was impressive given the load in the dumpster.  I look forward to using BTDT again in the near future. <br />

Very responsive, courteous, and professional.   Accomodating of my schedule.   The dumpster can be maneuvered into tight spaces and does not have to be left in front of your house.   Good value.  Recommended. <br />

I recently purchased 2 houses that the previous owners left full of trash.  Inside and out. <br /> Over the past couple of months, I have relied on Pat to 'keep me in dumpsters'.as I cleaned out the houses. <br /> We went through 4 total.  Each time, Pat came quickly and right on schedule. <br /> He is my new 'Go To Guy' for dumpsters.  He is very reliable, and fair-priced.

Pat promptly returned my email inquiry and was very easy to work with. He was very accommodating to my unique schedule (I work nights) and courteous. It was a simple transaction... the dumpster appeared in my driveway while I was asleep and two weeks later it disappeared along with all of the rubbish... I don't remember the cost specifically but I do remember that it was competitive with the other companies I had contacted, and by far the easiest to work with.

I checked Angie's List for dumpster service, and chose the one which was highly recommended by the many who had used it.  The owner, Pat Nolan, responded promptly, and we set a date for the delivery of a dumpster.  He was right on time, and very helpful.  The large amount of rubbish that had been dumpted on the lot, plus considerable trimmings, required that we use a total of four dumpsters.  Pat was always on time, picked up the dumpsters, emptied and returned them promptly.  He is friendly, helpful, and thorough in what he does.  His dumpsters are smaller than the large commercial ones, and work well where the commercial dumpsters wouldn't be appropriate.  The price he quotes includes delivery, pick-up, and dumping fees; and he doesn't change his price later.  I highly recommend Pat.

Bin There Dump That touts their clean bins and driveway protection, their punctuality and competitive pricing, but what sets them apart from similar businesses is that you get Pat. Not everyone has Pat, and Pat makes all the difference. He gave me an extra weekend on my rental. When all my construction debris didn't fit in the bin, he came by later on his way to the dump with a half-full bin and helped me load the rest of my stuff. They were excellent. They did a great job. There was no damage. They are very careful with bringing it down on the driveway - put some wood blocks to keep it from splitting the concrete. You know, they really did a nice job. They were very personable and was very easy to work with. Just very good. The price was good. I did a little survey and their price was very competitive. I would use them again.

They do a great job and I feel the cost is fair. They provided a dumpster. I would encourage anyone to use them. They were on time and did exactly what they needed to do.

Pat was extremely helpful and by far the best price in the area. Once my first bin was full we had more to do so I ordered a second and he was able to swap them out and even helped me load a few more heavy items into the one he was hauling away. Any future projects I will always use them.

We had called for a quote and got quick call back from the owner. We finished earlier than the 2 weeks they allot <br /> your to keep the bin and called and he was here the next day to pick it <br /> up. I called around to various dumpster companies and Pat at Bin There Dump That was very friendly, informative and had a dumpster available immediately.  He quoted me a total all-in price and there were no hidden fuel-surcharges or other fees.  The tonnage that the Bin There Dump That bins can hold is less than the other companies' dumpsters, but I ended up well under the limit so it didn't matter.  Pat delivered the bin in a timely manner and was careful not to hit any trees when offloading the dumpster.  He also put down some boards underneath the bin so that it would not damage the driveway.  The 20 yard dumpster was about the size of a car, so we had plenty of room to park in the driveway.  Pat was very good at explaining how to load the dumpster and how to get the best use out of the space.  He was also flexible regarding how long I could keep the bin.  I called Pat on a Friday to order a pick-up of the bin and it was gone Monday morning.  Everything went smoothly and I would use them again in the future.  I only wish they offered a 30 yard bin, because I had just a little trash left over.

Pat helped me decide on the size of dumpster I needed and we set-up a drop-off date for 04/17/2012. Pat  and I spoke the weekend prior to the drop-off and confirmed.</p> Bright & early on 04/17/12 Pat called and said he'd be at my home in ~ an hour... and he was! The dumpster was dropped slick as you-know-what and the payment & paperwork exchanged just as easily. The rental is for 14 days, there's a weight limit (3-tons... 5 tons... whatever it is it's MORE than enough) and, of course, no haze mat materials (lead batteries, paint, computers/TVs, etc.) can be put in the dumpster, but all else is fine from yard waste to construction debris and (thank gawd!) the Couch-That-Wouldn't-Die. <br /> <br /> When I'd filled the dumpster as full as I could get it I called Pat again and requested a swap-out... within a couple of hours Pat arrived with a nice empty dumpster and took away my nice full dumpster. <br /> <br /> Overall the experience couldn't have been more simple, neat and professionally executed by Pat Nolan and his BTDT franchise.

Was very punctual (delivery and pick-up), didn't get impressed by the steep driveway. pat offered the  best price around we could find and his service was professionnal and friendly.

My experience was very good. The the cost was affordable and delivery/pick-up was on time as promised. When dealing with Pat it felt more like a friend than paid contractor while the service was convenient and professional. He answered his phone or emails promptly and made communication simple while following my directions. Within 48 hours of notice I met him at the house to coordinate placement and I did not need to be there for pick-up.
