The technicians that came to investigate the problem as well as the painter and office staff (Amanda) were all very knowledgeable, nice and professional. I will definitely call them if I need any other work performed.

What a surprisingly wonderful experience we had with BioClean. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Brian and Dennis showed up exactly on time. Both men are absolute professionals, and are extremely honest! Within minutes of entering the home, they measured the air for particulates, and said that it wasn't a high reading at all. They proceeded to test around our home, and also up in the attic where the air handler is. The thought to look in places we never would have thought to look, but they said everything was actually in good condition. We did figure out that there is moisture in the basement coming from what may be a leaky toilet on the main floor - which we never would have known. The took their time, were very thorough, and made no money from us (with the free estimate coupon they posted here on Angie's List). They could have told us anything, and we would have believed it (and probably paid through the nose). But - these guys truly are wonderful, honest, and professional. If we have more work to do after the plumber comes to fix the leak, we will DEFINITELY call them to do the work. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 43.

They proceeded throughout the home, entered the attic and inspected the air handler, and concluded that everything looked fine - even in the areas we would never have thought to check. What they did discover was that there is some moisture in the basement that may be coming from a leaky toilet. We never had any idea! BioClean does excellent work. They got us scheduled quickly and they were able to design a solution that made sense for the issue that we had rather than taking a one-size-fits all approach. They use excellent natural products that are effective and safe for the environment and people and pets. The mold is enough of an issue without adding harmful chemicals to the mix. The work was done quickly and professionally. The areas of our basement that Bioclean treated look better than ever. I highly recommend Bioclean if you have, or think you have, any mold issues in your house.
