"Mr. (removed member name), thank you for taking time to review our company, but we strongly disagree with you. First, we did not sell you a service plan or meet with you to discuss what we could or could not do. You purchased a 3 month trial offer through Angie’s List that covered 5,000sf. After you had already purchased the 3-month package, our Inspector, Greg, went out to meet with you and told you that your property was nearly double the 5,000 square feet that was included in your purchase. At the time, you were given the option of paying for the additional square footage or staying with what you paid for. We recommended that you stay with what you paid for as it would be a waste of your money for us to spray parts of your yard that were just weeds and dirt. You were also told that it would take well over three months to correct the problems in your lawn. Greg also asked the Owner of Bio Green to go out and look at your property to see if we could help you as we do not take yards in your condition unless there is a solid plan to replace portions of the grass. The Owner told you that he felt you may see more benefit from a plant and tree service which he offered to substitute for one of the lawn services at no extra charge to you. You declined that offer. So, when you state that we only fertilized the front and one partial side- that is what you paid for, and that is what you requested. I’m sorry if you felt unsatisfied with your service. We are very proud of our work, and stand by our services, and we wish you luck in the future."
