Very well. They were prompt and communicative. And our lawn health has improved nicely.

bioLawn is hands down the best lawn care service in the Twin Cities. I have tried a few, but the end result after a couple seasons speaks for itself.

After complaining last year about missed areas in my lawn, they did a shoddy job again this month. Had a trainee doing the work under supervision, but simply didn't get close enough to lawn edges and made some sporadic passes across the yard, resulting in large swatches of grass that received no treatment. And, what is down appears to be so lightly applied, I can't imagine it doing much good. Less than one hopper's worth of product for a 1/2 acre yard?? Complained, and they called back very quickly, but simply apologized and used the excuse "all companies are training new people right now". We're done with Bio-Lawn and will try our luck with someone else.

They missed lots of spots and did not do around trees. They came back and some spots but not around trees which will spread.

They were awesome. I get reminders of when my service is coming, and they make reasonable recommendations without upselling. My lawns look beautiful. And that's after two treatments. They respect my property even though it's not the nicest property in the 'hood.

It's nice that their processes are chemical free and the dog can get back to his lawn business as soon as it's dry (about an hour). They are comparably priced to other chemical-providers and you just feel better using them. They always answer the phone if you have a question and their techs are actually professionally trained in the field of landscaping and plant matters.  <br /> They now have an online system to make payments which is really nice. Previously it was the old-school method of mailing in checks! Glad to see they are doing well and improving their technology. <br />

bioLawn is punctual, calls ahead to notify me when they will be out to treat the lawn and gives instructions on how long to remain off the grass. <br />

They provide good service and they have organic options.

Overall, we've been pretty pleased with the service. They call a few days before they come out and on the rare occasion we have questions, they've been happy to help. <br />

No issues. All services contracted were provided. They contact you in the off-season for next year. You can pick and choose from a menu of options. <br />

They were particular about the job. My lawn looked just as good. They really stayed on top of it. Their service was great. They were right here immediately.

We are very happy with their services. They do mostly organic. They take the time checking out the lawn and keep it looking great. They are usually timely and responsive to whatever the need is.
