We were super impressed by how fast they responded to our inquiry through Angi's List and set up a time to come to our home and offer a quote. The price was fair, and they educated us and spent the time answering all our questions. The install went great. We've been so happy with our water softener and highly recommend this company.

Hank and his installer Joe were great to deal with. They came when they committed to, did the job in the time frame promised and were clean and efficient. The wrong faucet came with the materials sent but they promised to replace it in a few days. All in all a great experience and the water tastes great!

I wish Mr. Martinez had informed us that he will be using our own bag of salt that was sitting in the garage with the Biotech salt they brought with them. As relayed to me by Bob , my partner, according to Mr.Hank who sold us the water softener, the salt being used by their company is much better than the ordinary Morton salt sold in the market. So, why did Mr. Martinez mixed our left-over bag of salt with theirs?. Furthermore, the Biotech salt is better and CLEANER according to Mr. Hank. A response from the installer is much appreciated. After considering several vendors of water softeners and reverse osmosis water conditioners we selected Hank and BioTech. We were very pleased with our experience. The owner is the one who comes to your home and he doesn't try to do a hard sell. He just explains what he has to offer and can make comparisons with other systems out there. His technicians were very courteous and did the install during the "Stay at Home" and worked extra hard to invade our home as little as possible. We were appreciative. They even sprayed disinfectant to help aid with any risk. They left no mess which we appreciated.

Mr. Deutsch had a beautiful presentation and was able to show us very clearly why we needed the type of system we purchased. He's not the least expensive contractor out there, but still reasonable. His installer, Joe, was GREAT. They did everything to code and even dug a pit for us for the discharge water since we are on a septic system. Covered with gravel & rock and you don't even know it's there. This service was done without extra charge. If we use potassium instead of salt, it's good for the plants. (Who knew?) The system is inside our greenhouse where it gets hot in the summer, so we got a manual recharge timer vs. electronic so it won't ever wear out. You still set it to recharge automatically, though, so it's not really "manual" in that sense. And it mattered o me that he's a Christian businessman who I could trust.

A well engineered water softening system using quality components that will last, installed by very experienced competent people.

We had our BioTech water softener and RO filter installed in August of 2004. We have been completely satisfied with pushing 15 years. Hank and his team are knowledgeable, professional, timely, clean and just plain nice! We had a little (unusual) problem pretty early in and it was resolved immediately and professionally. Oh, we are still on our first water softener just in case you were wondering!

Everything was exactly as described. There was a leak in my RO after installation but they came right out to fix it.
