The price was not expensive; I think it was a good deal for the amount of work and quality of work that he did.  I called him back to use him for the third time but unfortunately he was not available for the work.  If they were available I would use them again for the experience I had with them it was fantastic.

Mr Birch and helper arrive on schedule got right to work. Cleaned up upon completion, asked if I way happy with the work and departed. Quick, clean and efficient. <br />

My gutters were really full of pine needles and leaves until Mr. Birch cleaned them. Now my house looks fresh again. <br />

Made call and left message, which Darren returned fairly quickly.  Made appointment for this work, and added another job that will be done later (wood rot on exterior of roof eaves), and received estimate.  He agreed to call after completing another job that day, which he ended up doing at almost the exact time he'd originally estimated.  Showed up and walked with me to review the situation of birds building a nest inside broken vent access about 10-12' up side of house.  Assessed possibility they got nest materials into the fan area over the microwave where the venting originated in the kitchen.  <br /> He was able to use a screened dryer vent flap assembly I'd already purchased, attached it after cleaning out the exterior area of the vent ducting, and then went inside the house to remove and clean the venting above the microwave/stove.  He reassembled the venting and duct-taped it to a better condition than it had been originally. <br /> All in all, a most satisfying job done, well worth the quite affordable cost and totally responsive to everything I mentioned, including returning later for the wood rot repairs.  This is my second time using him, and he remains reliable, personable, and professional, and he'll get my business next time I need handyman work done. <br />

Recently, I contacted him for another gutter cleaning. Over a span of <br /> 2.5 weeks, he scheduled a date to come out 3 different times. Each time, <br /> he was a no-show. Worse than this, he did not return phone calls <br /> inquiring about whether or not he would be rescheduling his services. I <br /> ended up having to use someone else, 3+ weeks after starting the process of trying to get our gutter fixed. <br />

It went fine, we were not impressed. It worked out okay. He was able to get the job done and was nice. I would not use him again.

Mr. Birch was very professional, timely, and thorough.  He performed a gutter cleaning on my home. <br />

I called Mr Birch Monday Oct. 18,2013, to ask about having my gutters cleaned out.  He asked for square footage of my home,gave me a price of $99 which sounded very reasonable to me knowing I have a two story home and knowing the gutters were quite full of pinestraw, limbs, and pinecones.  <br /> We set up a date of Wed Oct 20 in the afternoon.  However,when Wed arrived it was pouring down raining so we set up again for Friday 10/25.  Time set up between  9 and 10 a.m. <br /> Mr. Birch arrived promptly on time with another guy and began working right away.  I asked him to leave any bagged pinestraw with me so I could put the straw in my beds.  He agreed with that. <br /> He cleaned the gutters out,he made sure that water would flow freely and would not back up,he bagged the pine straw.  He also got rid of a hornet's nest,washed down leaves, dead bugs that were stuck on the side of the house and the front and back too which I deeply appreciated.  <br /> I will definitely be calling him to keep these gutters from being so packed next time. <br />

Darren answered the phone the first time I called him. He came to my house the same day for an estimate and scheduled the day and time of service at the time of visit for estimate. He and his crew were on time, were quick but through. They were also very clean,  took the debris cleaned out of the gutters with him. I also had a piece of siding that had fallen from a storm and Darren and his crew reinstaled it for me. Would highly recomend and will use again. <br />

Darren and his helper stopped by to provide an estimate to repair the roof shingles that had come up around the metal chimney for the gas furnace and prep/paint the metal chimney. After agreeing on the price, Darren and his helper were able to repair the shingles while they were here even though the weather was extremely hot. Darren returned in a couple of days as agreed when the weather turned cooler and prepared and painted the metal chimney. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied. <br />

Darin and his assistant arrived on time and wasted no time in setting up to clean my gutters (two stories worth). They also replaced about ten feet of wood trim around my chimney and painted (I provided the paint). It took about 3 hours to do the work because at first they had the wrong type of wood trim and had to run out to get the right kind. I appreciate them coming out and they did a superb job. Highly recommended. <br />

Arrived on time and got right to work, cleaned up after the job was completed.  Fast, professional, courteous. <br />

I called Darren and scheduled a time for the gutters to be cleaned. We have just moved into the house and it looked like the gutters have not been cleaned in years. Cleaned all the gutters and cleaned out all the downspouts. Now when it rains the water actually flows as it should and does not pour over the top of the gutters. They did an excellent job and left no mess or debris around and cleaned up after themselves. While they were here I asked about the installation of a ceiling fan which they did with no trouble at all. Very good workers, reliable and excellent quality work. Will be using them again for other work around the house. <br />
