Better than we had dared to hope. Our whole house looked like new! Pieces of furniture that were hard to move had been raised up on lifters and the carpet cleaned under them. The whole house took a little over 2 hours and we were able to walk on the surfaces again the next day. BJ and his partner were on time (or close to it), courteous, and extremely professional. Service like it used to be!

Great. We originally hired them to clean just the basement carpet and the stairs to basement, but when we saw what great job they did there, we asked them to clean upstairs including the two stair cases from upstairs to the main level. They were prompt, honest, professional and effective. Great service for a great price - we are very happy to have found them on Angies List.

They were fantastic. They came on time and were friendly and professional. We have 5 pets and two young children so I was worried about whether they would be able to sufficiently clean our carpets- especially my white nursery chair and ottoman! All items were exceptionally cleaned thoroughly. The house looks fantastic. We will be bringing them back soon!

Great. Only took about two hours. No mess. Rug and furniture look great. Recommended them to a neighbor. Joe went down to give the neighbor an estimate, and cleaned her carpet right then.

BJ Carpet Care staff were professional and friendly. They finished the job efficiently and did a great job. They were responsive and scheduled us quickly for the job. We got out cleaning done the very next day that we contacted them. The price was also great. The owner, Mr. Joe Thompson, told us the discounts that we qualified for right from the beginning. We received a first time customer discount and a Angie's List member discount. We are very pleased with their honesty, professionalism and quality of work. We would contact them again in the future.

It went great.  They came on time and did the job well.  They had a part break in their equipment but fixed it as quickly as they could. <br />

From start to finish BJs were professional. Family owned and operated business that doesn't sub out to illegals to do the hard work for them. They take pride in customer satisfaction and ensuring that you know if somethings not right when it dries they will come back and take care of it. Owner called the night before to confirm the appointment. Son arrived early ready to get to work. He started at the top and worked his way down. <br /> I had some concerns because it was scheduled to rain that day and I didn't know if they could do it in the rain or not. Owned assured me that they do this all the time in the rain and will were protection on their feet to ensure they don't track anything in to the house. Towards the end it did start to rain  . . .  and bad. Son put on protective covers on his feet when he came back in. <br /> I love the fact that there was no need to connect to our water or use our drain to dispose of everything being cleaned up. There are two hoses that come in from their van one for the hot water, one for vacuuming the water back up with whatever is in your carpet. The only thing they need is a power cord to plug in to. <br /> One thing I will say is if you live in a sketchy neighborhood you should plan on having one person by your front door while the process is going on because your front door has to stay open to allow the hoses in the house. Also keep in mind if your AC is not working your carpet is going to take forever to dry - this was our case. Our AC was not cooling down like it should and the people we had schedule from Angies List didn't come when the were scheduled the day before - I'll get to that in another review.  As a result of the humidity our sensor in our hot water heater turn it off. We didn't know what was going on with the hot water heater or why it wasn't working so we called Hamilton Plumbing (found on Angies List). They came out the same day we called and let us know what the problem was - and fixed it. I don't look at this situation as the fault of BJs - there was no way for them to know we didn't have a fully functional AC unit. <br /> The fact that they used an Eco-Friendly method really when a long way for me. I am very sensitive to harsh chemical smells and frankly I don't want my family or I inhaling things like that to begin with. <br /> One thing I think I should mention - Not everything came up - and the is Perfectly Okay!  People need to have realistic expectations when getting older carpets cleaned - If you have wood stains, blood, or whatever it may not come all the way up. Also one thing I just recently noticed is that after the cleaning the connection between the stairs on the first floor <br /> and the living room seem to be coming apart more. It was already a high traffic area that was worn down but after the carpet cleaning I noticed even more separation. My advice is if you have an area like that, even if it's dirty don't get it cleaned because you may end up having to replace this portion anyway. We are just seeing how it goes right now with this section. This was our first professional cleaning of the house so we have learned a lot - but the main thing is to have realistic expectations. <br /> Overall I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and would hire them again when we need them. Professionalism, Manners, Ethics go a long way with me - I will continue to support Professional Family Owned Christian American Businesses that put both <br /> their customers first and America. We as consumers on Angies List Should INSIST on 100% Native Born USA Workers. It went well. They showed up on time. Completed the job thoroughly, and it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would take. The carpets looked great when they finished. <br />

Owner was responsive to initial call, scheduled service promptly. Arrived on schedule, worked quickly and effectively. He left leaving rugs and sofa looking brand new.

<p>Over the years I have had many different companies clean our carpets but BJ Carpet Care is the BEST of all of them. Joe and his son  are punctual, cheerful,  courteous, reasonably priced,  thorough and efficient. They use a method called Bane Clean for cleaning carpets  and it is out of this world !  It is a non toxic, eco friendly way to have your carpets cleaned. After they finished , our carpets were immaculate and they dried quickly. Our furniture was transformed and looked brand new again. They are truly perfectionists and they don't leave until you are completely satisfied with their work</p> <p>.Over the past 3 years they have come to our home to clean our carpets every few months. We have several  Golden Retrievers and due to the dogs tracking in dirt into the house, we have the carpet cleaned extremely frequently. The Bane clean method takes complete care of any "Dog or cat odor " in your home. When guests come they always comment on our clean carpet and ask, how can you keep them  so clean having dogs ? And then I tell them about BJ Carpet Care. I would say on a scale of 1- 10, ten being the highest,  Joe Thompson the owner,  and his son Brian would be a 10 PLUS , since they do their utmost to please the customer . Their work is perfect and they have a great  work ethic. I highly recommend them. </p>

Joe and son were excellent.  They were timely and equipped to work upon arrival.  The finish product was outstanding.  They cleaned the carpets so well it looks brand new again.  I did not move anything and every spot was cleaned. Joe is a great caring owner operator you know when he says I will take care of your concerns he will.  They put furniture protectors on all the furniture when finished and told me they would come back to remove them if I needed it.   I had a neighbor come over and she was very pleased at his work and stated she would give Joe a call.  If you want excellent work and great service I would recommend you call Joe at BJ Carpet Care. <br />

Fantastic to work with and very flexible with your schedule. They have been to my house twice to remove pet stains. If it wasn't for them I would of had to her all new carpet. Very reasonably priced and will continue to use them. Thanks for a job well done!

His pricing is very reasonable.  He is very professional.  I trust him to work in my home. I can leave my house while he is here.  He is friendly and very customer oriented.  He moves furniture with caution and repsect when cleaning carpets. He removes any spots thoroughly.  He has always arrived on time.  He protects the carpet once it is wet with risers.
