The electrician and helper were both very nice. Slight communication issues with speaking English. Were here for less than 1 hour , no quote was given prior to the work being done or this could have been avoided. Replaced the ballast with our own part received an Invoice for over $250. We had a quote for less to replace the entire light fixture from another company. Had I been told in advance the cost I would not have had them do the work
