This is the third time that we have used Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW, and we are always thrilled with results of the carpet cleaning. We are now regular customers! This particular time, we took advantage of a deal that Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW offered because they were introducing a new process called dry steam, an advanced carpet cleaning system. We were quite intrigued, because the process would allow carpets to dry within an hour, since a mechanical water extraction system would remove 95% of moisture. We were also appreciative that a non-toxic chemical and softened water would be used for cleaning. I first want to mention that scheduling the appointment was one of the best I have experienced for any service provider. I submitted a request for scheduling on their website, and was called almost immediately! I scheduled the service date, and immediately received an email confirming the date. I also received reminders. Bjorn was on time, as always, and very friendly and professional, as always. We are so appreciative that our carpets look like new after the service, and this time they were dry so much faster than we have ever experienced. Certainly, ask Bjorn about this new process; it is worth it! They backed the process with 100% guarantee that we would be satisfied, and we are more than satisfied.

Bjorn arrived promptly and did a fabulous cleaning job. He was also extremely honest about cleaning my outdoor furniture and told me it it wasn't worth it to clean. I appreciate not being ripped off.

It went great. They were neat and professional. They did a thorough job and I was very pleased with the outcome. Their price seemed reasonable and it took them about50 minutes to do the job. I also liked the fact that they sent me reminders by email, at least twice, maybe 3 times. That way I knew they were coming and it helped me remember.

Great experience! Making the appointment was easy, and Hunter answered all questions promptly. The price was not the cheapest, but was on the lower end of the bids I'd received. The day of the carpet cleaning, I received text messages at every phase (confirmation of date/time, "en route", "work has finished"). Hunter was on time, very pleasant, and very efficient. All the stains were removed, and the carpet had no chemical smell. It dried in about 6 hours. I'd definitely use Hydra Clean NW again.

They are unique. They have this system that dries quickly, in a few hours. They call it encapsulation cleaning. I've used them 3 times. They do a very good job.

The price was pretty darn low. I got them through Angie's List. I contacted them through email. I told them the size of my condo. I think they gave me a price of $200.00. Then the guy came out and wrote up the bill with taxes and everything, it was $150.00. I said that is bizarre that you charged me less than your quote. He said you do not have that large condo. I said but I gave you the square footage over the phone and it was higher. They do a good job. Carpet cleaners are different than they were years ago. They no longer use harsh chemicals which actually destroyed the carpet. They have this powerful suction and the carpet almost dries instantly. They use water that is almost like 248 degrees. It is almost like steam coming out. I told him how they have changed. In the old day, they used to put down a whole lot of water, then suck it up and your carpet was always wet. He said they still use a lot of water but they have different devices that suck it out better. He is always on time.

They were very professional. He was able to clean the carpet and treated coffee stains. The stains came right up. It was awesome. It took about an hour. I would recommend their service and would use them again.
