B K Munger Home Tech Help

He did everything that I wanted done at the time. I used him quite a bit, so I've paid quite a bit. It took a while to get a few things done that I needed done. I needed a new keyboard and a new mouse for my new computer. He drove me to the store to buy them and pointed out what was a good buy. He set up my printer. I used to do all this stuff myself, but the new stuff, I don't know what they're talking about. He used to come over and bring me coffee. He is quite reasonable. It's not cheap to have them out because some of the stuff takes longer than an hour to set up and do. I don't drive and I didn't know what I needed, so it was a help. He seemed to know what he was doing. He was prompt. He came when he said he would. I suppose his communication could be better. He seems to be a well educated person. Overall, the experience was fine. He brought me coffee from a nice coffee place. It was a nice treat. He didn't charge me for that.

We are very pleased with the service provided--from start to finish. BK Munger was very responsive, arrived promptly, and was extremely knowledgeable. His expertise and common sense approach helped us get up and running quickly.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for home computer tech service for two hours for $59.00. Bryce called me within the day and we scheduled a home visit. He arrived on time and got my daughter's computer working. As he was working on it he was explaining to her what he was doing and why. He was very informative, patient and knowledgeable. It's up and running beautifully!  Better than before it crashed. He moved things from one drive to another and explained what updates to avoid and why. Not only did he fix the computer, but gave her a lot of information too.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed and I recommend him highly. <br />

Bryce was great - very punctual and professional. He was able to do all of the work in the 2 hour time frame that I purchased with the Big Deal. He made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing each step of the way and he gave me an overview of the new operating system before he left.  I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to anyone that needs help with their computer. <br />
