AFter three professional plumbers recommended a new tank, BK got to replace it after they installed the dip valve (over their own judgment that it was really a tank that was needed). AFter the flood and damage, BK came out. They had a hard time getting the alarm to work (for the code compliance). They had to come three times (to check tank, to bring in new tank, to get another part and find a way to make it work). A plumber who came out to check the unitl after found that it was leaking above and their failed to notice that there was a hot water leak associated with the tank. Additionally, the shut off for the water on top was not working properly and they did not find that. <br /> A call to BK after they left and the hot water was leaking led to NOTHING. They did not call back. The service people said they would and they did not. Additionally, the service guy tried to get me to pay an additional 80 for taking the tank out. I advised him that I had spoken to the dispatcher and could dispose of it myself. He acknowledged this was OK. <br /> I felt that these guys really didn't know what they were doing. They were nice, but inexperienced. <br />
