Black Bear Heating and Cooling is a licensed and insured residential HVAC Contractor in Colorado Springs (and all of its surrounding areas) focusing on the installation and repair of Air Conditioning, Furnaces, Water Heaters & Indoor Air Quality Accessories. We stand by our work. All of our new system installations come with a guaranteed unconditional one year labor warranty. If your system breaks down on day 365, we will be there to fix it free of charge. Our labor warranty can be extended for up to five years by signing up for and scheduling a yearly maintenance / cleaning service. This is in addition to the 10+ year parts / system warranty from our high quality equipment manufacturers. We take pride in what we do. When we say "We stand behind our work", we will literally come and stand behind it if we have to, and we will always offer and honor warranties on all contracted work.
