Fencing job never completed.

Got off to a rocky start because of initial expectations and rain but once the job was started all went relatively smooth. Fence looks great!

They were great to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

Would not recommend. Communication is awful, don’t show up on time, inexperienced college kids trying to make a Buck. They left the job for hours without informing me or telling me they’re going on break. Overall don’t waste your money with this company.

They seemed to do good work once they got started. Communication was terrible. After the first storm the gate wouldn’t close correctly, after 23 weeks of excuses they finally came out and fixed. We will see if it lasts.

Black diamond did a great job. They managed to beat the lead times other companies were quoting me and came in with the best price. I would recommend to anyone in need of fencing in the area.

Ended up cancelling the job and getting a full refund. Tried using a small local family owned business. Never again.

Did a great job getting the gate fixed. Good price too!

Overall great experience. We ran short on materials because I added to the length of the fence during the installation. If I didn’t increase the size they had enough to finish. They ran out to every supplier they knew until they found the extra panels they needed to finish. That made my wife and I and more importantly our crazy little dog very happy because he was ready to reclaim ownership of the yard. Highly recommend using them if you need a fence, you’ll be as delighted with them as we are.

From the start, we received grade A customer service! I had reached out to several companies and was disappointed until Black Diamond. They were responsive, punctual, professional and completed the project with care. Our HOA was quiet a pain to work with and Katie helped guide me through the process with patience and a level head. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them for your fencing needs!!!!

Black Diamond did a great job working with us to put up our six foot privacy fence. Even when we encounterd a few hiccups along the way (nosy neighbor, some code issues, and bad weather), they hung in there and got the job done in reasonable time. The fence looks great. Thanks!

Our fence turned out amazing. Once the process started it was very efficient. Everyone involved was polite, respectful, and dedicated to completing the project. We are so happy with how it turned out and it is the perfect fence to complete our backyard for our dog and toddler. I would definitely recommend this company for your fencing needs, very high quality work.
