Absolutely best remodel experience ever! Paul is fantastic to work with - honest, upfront, knowledgeable and just overall great to work with. I had a main bathroom I hated for years and now it's my favorite room in the house! Did a tub to tile shower conversion, half glass wall, safety bar for my mother in law, new vanity, new toilet, new light fixtures. The shower is my fave! Paul's tile guy, Cesar, did a beautiful job with a custom arched niche. Love the finished product! I plan to use Paul again for our next bathroom when we're ready to do that one too.

Paul and team were great to work with and very experienced. Demo, Construction, tiler, plumber, and coordination from Paul all delivered an outstanding bathroom remodel for a very fair cost.

Everything went perfect, from demo till finished product. Demo started on April 9th and finished the entire project on April 20th. Each job ( demo, plumbing, tiling, glass ) were on time and done in a professional manner!! Highly recommend there services!! Thank you Paul and all the guys who worked on this project!! We chose Black Diammond Baths to remodel our master bathroom, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, tile the laundry room, and add new can lighting in the kitchen / living areas. The entire remodel process was completed in under two months. Working with Paul James and his team was a delight. The demo was quick but messy but we were pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail and clean up after each day. The craftsman Paul used were skilled and polite. Paul's strength is his communication. He responded to our texts promptly and worked daily to schedule needed workers. Collaborating to address questions or concerns was easy and atrention to high quality installation was evident. If an inspection revealed something we or Paul did not like, Paul had his team fix the issue. We are very happy with our first remodel experience and recommend Black Diamond Baths.

Can't give enough accolades to Paul James and crew for remodeling my bathroom! Removed everything from my 30 yo bath & replaced w zero entry shower to accommodate walker or wheelchair, Built bench inside shower to sit on & replaced vanity, sink, mirror & lights. Installed taller commode. Installed grab bars for easy use. Each workman was meticulous & professional. Cost was well below quotes from other contractors. The completed project exceeded our expectations

The whole process was easy and paul detailed everything that was going to happen so I had no surprises. The shower is AMAZING and the quality of the work. Impeccable! I’m so impressed I’m going to have them do the same in another house of mine. The price was very fair and lower than the two other estimates I got. All the guys working in the new shower were extremely professional and nice guys which made the process easy!

I've worked with GC's before and have even acted as my own. After working with Paul, we were impressed at how invested he was in our project as we were. Everything from start to finish was great. There was plenty of communication and updates. The solar panels only took 4 weeks to get installed and it only took a few hours to set them up. Everyone was very nice. Price was very reasonable.

Paul was absolutely amazing, meticulous, and knew how to take the descriptions of what I wanted in my remodel and make them even better than I had expected. I have recommended him to friends and family members and hope to hire him again when I have the chance to update the other part of my home.
