Asphalt paving 365

Terrible. Quoted 4 inches of asphalt and his machine can only lay 3. Tried to quit in the middle of the job after laying the first 30' of asphalt. Refused to continue if we wouldnt pay the total since he knew he couldnt complete the job to his quote. Papers have already been processed for small claims court. His accomplice is named Abel. So watch out for both Gabriel and Abel.

Service is so bad i felt like I waste Money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY No response on quote and did not show for black top service after 1 year! Very bad professionalism! Save your hard earned money and do not spend woth this guy Gabriel

The original scheduled day was Wednesday August 9, received notification that the schedule was to begin the following day August 10, at 7:00am. I took the day off of work to accommodate them. They did not show up to perform the work and I had to reach out to them. Was advised they were running late and would hopefully be there around noon. At 1:30 pm I contacted them again and was told they were on their way. They finally arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. They began the tear out and left by 4:00. The next day they arrived and began the work around 8:00 am. They did complete the tear out and began the repave. I questioned the work and was told they were leaving for another job about thirty miles away but their work was warranted for three years. Any problems, just notify them. Within a half hour of them leaving I was notifying them that my driveway was not rolled correct. NO return call. I called on Friday the 11th and got an answering machine and left a message that in the rain storm, my driveway was holding water. NO return call. On top of all this, my street was left a mess. My bottom step to my front porch had black tar on it. I was left water bottles and coke cans to clean up. This is not acceptable. The end result to this is we have standing water and a company that refuses to return my call or even give me a receipt to the money I paid. As a professional carpenter of 43 years I’m aware of how the job should be done and in my opinion the driveway was never properly pitched which is why I have standing water which will only create future problems with snow and ice. As far as an end result, the only proper way is to remove and reinstall the driveway but I realize this probably wont happen since I cannot even get a return call.

Terrible. It is not distributed correctly. During the process, they broke my neighbor's sidewalk. Instead of being here for 3 hours they just did the job for an hour and a half. They don't answer my emails an phone calls for the complaint that I have.

Showed up and installed new driveway in 2 hours. Didn't roll everything correctly. Driveway has a small hump in it in several spots. I've called the owner 4 times. Sent video & pictures of issues. Owner hasn't ever responded back. Terrible customer service.

Horrible. I would not recommend this company u less you want to wait over a month for the project to be done. They would say they were coming on a certain day and never show up. Did not respond to texts for days. Would then give another date of service and still not arrive. This happened over a month as they had to come back several times. Work is STILL not completed. Their price came in lower than competitors and their reviews seemed good so we went with them. I do not recommend them. We are utterly frustrated and unhappy not to mention questioning the work as our cars have already put divots in the new section. Very disappointed.

The Job is well and done, i'm satisfied with service

Too much asphalt was added by the garage door. Now, even during a light drizzle, the water runs off the driveway into my garage, flooding everything, tools wood etc. has been damaged. The solution is simple and that would be to put in channel drains in front of the garage door. They only need to come out and cut and remove the asphalt but I can't get them to return a phone call. This is very frustrating as it is a few days away from November and I am running out of time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

My driveway was repaved on 07/28/2020. They gave me a reasonable price quote for the service. However, their quality is poor. And the response is extremely poor. I have few issues with this contractor and those are not resolved yet. 1. One side of my driveway is not evenly paved. 2. The same side has weave edge. 3. He promised to come back the next day to complete some unfinished work around a manhole cover in the driveway. He never came back. I have contacted him several time via phone calls and text messages. Kindly asked him when he can come back and finish the remaining work. He would come up will all kind of excuses. Recently he is not responding to my calls or text messages. As of today, he hasn't came back and completed the remaining work. I plan to raise the issue with BBB next.

The service was good except that the truck with the asphalt went away but there is a part that doesn't finished yet and I am just trying to call him to come back with the work and I said I wanted to use the credit card but the truck that went away took the card reader but overall they did a great job.
