Ryan at Black Iron Construction did a beautiful job remodeling our bathrooms. Everything is more than what we expected. He is also a great, trustworthy guy. We will miss him when he is done with our remodel!

He started our project back in July. It is now the end of September and he has not completed the job. He made promises that he did not keep. He asked for more money when the project was not completed. He promised it would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. He took himself off the job and now I have to find someone else to finish. Ryan was very unprofessional. His 19 year old son did 90% of the work and he was not even licensed. The flooring is uneven. His son washed the paint down our bathroom sink which clogged it up. He never finished painting and on top of that he quit the job before he was done. Would not recommend him.

Very fair pricing and worked with me throughout the entirety of the project. I never felt as though anything was hidden, all receipts for materials were shared with me so I knew exactly what the outcome was going to be. I already have Ryan scheduled for our next project.

This is the first company I've used who continually communicates what is being worked on, if they are unable to be there a day, when they will be back, etc. They are very professional and very talented not only in painting, but also carpentry, and construction. I had a question unrelated to what was being worked on, and he took the time to check it out. I really can't give enough good feedback. I'll be reaching out to you guys to help with all my future projects.
