They did a great job. I called to get a quote and the same day, Todd was at my home and provided me with an estimate. They did the job two days later and left my property in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys. They are friendly, hard-working and take pride in their work. Their prices were very reasonable.

I contacted four tree companies to do extensive tree removal, trimming and stump grinding on my 2 ½ acres. Black Oak was one of only two that even called me back. Black Oak contacted me within an hour of my email. Todd the estimator came out within two hours and walked the entire property with me discussing what should be accomplished. I have used several area tree services throughout the years and was familiar with how it works and the associated cost. Originally the price was a little higher than expected but still within the price range I was anticipating. I was contacted the next day by Todd and was told that after speaking with company owner the estimate was adjusted to a surprisingly lower estimate. My neighbor also had Black Oak do some work for him at the same time and was pleased with the outcome. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and clean up was done with a little direction from me. Everyone was very professional throughout the process, and the overall quality of service was well above what I expected and have encountered in the past. I would recommend giving Black Oak a chance to earn your business. I will surely consider them first for any future tree service needs.

I received a prompt response to my phone call and a request for an estimate. The company showed up on time as promised and with military precision proceeded with their work. Each man new what was expected of him and all were very professional and courteous. They cut the trees down, removed all the wood from the property, raked the yard, and ground up the tree stumps. They were very careful not to damage my property and ensured I was satisfied with the work. A wonderful group of people to have work for me.

Awesome! From start to finish, this is a professional company. Amelia is the Black Oak Tree Service estimator. While she is a young woman, she knows her stuff! She is professional, courteous, and really listened to my requirements. The estimate she provided was competitive with others, but what sold me was her commitment to doing this job well. She back briefed me on what I wanted, set expectations, and continuously communicated from start to finish. She even followed up after the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work. In terms of the actual work, Joe and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked with enthusiasm. When their Kubota popped a tire, they took it in stride, made the repair, and continued working. When the heavy rain came, it didnt slow them down much. They persevered and finished the work on time.
